For All the Wrong Reasons

Alexis heard the gunshots too. She stopped in her place. Jacky was attracted to the sound and ran to where the shots were heard.

 

Jordyn nodded, and went into her room, putting on a new outfit. She stretched and walked outside, seeing the bright sun flash her eyes. It blinded her for a moment, and she looked around.

 

OOC: Sorry I wasn't on yesterday, lost power the night before. It's still out. I'm at Starbucks right now.

BIC: Hiru yawned and got up, getting dressed. He saw Jordyn outside and went behind her, hugging her.

 

Jordyn smiled.
"Good morning," she brightened up.

 

"Good morning." he said, smiling and kissing her cheek.

 

Jake was jogging until he reached an area people were scurrying away from. There were a few police officers shooting at a man from behind a car. The man wore a hood and carried a gun.
"Drop your weapon!" one of the officers yelled.
Without responding, the man simply shot at the car, shattering the glass of the window. Many people shrieked in fear and continued escaping the huge scene. Suddenly, a small boy was walking towards it all. The boy was running right in between the man and the police. The man was about to shoot.
"KID!" Jake yelled, running towards the small boy.
Immediately, the man noticed the small child and pointed the gun at him.
"Move out of the way." he said coldly.
Some of the police officers noticed this as well and stood up, not wanting to risk the life of a small boy. With no response from the kid, the man leaned his finger on the trigger, about to shoot.
"STOP!" Jake said, tackling the man down.
Quickly, police officers rushed over and confiscated the gun. Then, they handcuffed the man. With a relieved sigh, Jake looked down at the kid while several people applauded. He picked up the boy and carried him in his arms.
"We gotta find your parents..." he said.

 

Jordyn heard gunshots and gasped, running down the street, to see the commotion

 

Hiru ran after her.

 

Jordyn watched the sideshow, happy that Jake had gotten the kid safe. She breathed softly and dropped to her knee's.

 

"You alright?" he asked her, kneeling next to her.

 

"Jacky!! JACKY!! Where are you?" She said running down the street. "Jacky!!!!!!" She screamed.

 

A girl was running down the street, screaming out "Jacky".
"I'm gonna guess that's you." Jake said with a chuckle to the little boy.
He went up to the girl and handed Jacky to her.
"I believe this little guy's yours." he said.
Kneeling down, Jake spoke to Jacky and ruffled his hair.
"Here's a tip, Jacky: Try not running towards gunshots. It'll do you wonders."

 

"Oh my god, thank you so much, I hope he didn't cause you any trouble." She said. "Jacky apologize to the nice guy," Jacky looked at the boy's face. "I'm sowwie. What's your name?" he said in a sweet innocent voice and smiled happily to him.

 

"I'm Jake. Jake Masters." Jake said with a small grin.
He looked at the girl who had been looking for Jacky.
"Don't worry about it. It was no problem."

 

brandon climbed out the window his shoulder bandaged up and slid down the fire escape to the ground
"wonder whats going on?"
he went to move then heard a gun cock behind him turning he saw a man in black pointing a gun at him
"crap"

 

OoC: It's unlikely for their to be two gun scenes in the same place around the same time, but I guess I'll make do for now...

As Jake was in the middle of speaking the girl and Jacky, he noticed someone not too far away having pointing a gun from behind at someone else.
"Another one?" he irritatingly said. "Where did all these guns come from?"
Quickly, he jumped onto the man's shoulders, knocking him down. However, he did hear a shot. Jake winced and looked at his arm. The bullet had slid across his skin, then hit a wall. It wasn't much damage, but it still hurt. As for the man, he was laying on the ground, the gun a few feet away from him. Without a moment of hesitation, Jake grabbed the gun and tossed it to a cop who grabbed it and stored it. The cop then grabbed the man, pulling him into a separate than the other man who carried a gun.
"Try to stay out of trouble." Jake said to Brandon, slightly annoyed. "Running towards gunshots doesn't make you 'tough'."
With that, he walked away.

OoC: Now, please, no more gun scenes for a while...

"He's cool" Jacky said to Alexis and ran back to Jake. Alexis followed Jacky back to Jake. "He's pretty fond of you. I hope you don't mind" She said. "I'm Alexis,"

 

Jake chuckled and looked down at Jacky before looking back at Alexis.
"Hey, nice to meet you." he said.

 

brandon lay on a street alley outside a warehouse that was suppose to hold anti-depressent medicen in it he then placed an explosive to the outside of it
then moved and place more all around it then walked inside
"hey you idiots-" he yelled causing the workers to stop"-say goodbye to this operation"
he pressed a button and blew the walls in on them then turned and walked out
