For All the Wrong Reasons

She took a deep breath and pushed the door open for him. She'd forgotten to clean up and she was a little worried

 

On the way to the park, Alexis walked pasted a purple house. Jacky liked the colour purple and ran to it. "Jacky, don't go there" She said chasing after him.

 

He followed in behind her.

 

Jacky ran inside the house and bumped into a guy carrying a girl. Jacky started to cry.

 

Jordyn got up and out of his arms and stretched her arms. She felt dizzy yet funny at the same time. She looked back to close the door and saw a little boy crying. She smiled.
"Hey there sweetie... you're a little cutie," she said smiling. Her eyes looked foggy and tired.

 

"JACKY!" Alexis called when she made it in the house. Then she saw a girl standing next to him. "I'm sorry, he didn't mean to barge into your house," she said while picked up Jacky. He stopped crying and looked at Alexis, "I'm sowwie mommy" Alexis looked at him and said "It's alright, just never do it again" and kissed him on the head. Jacky's emotions changed into a happy little child.

 

"Oh, no it's not a problem," Jordyn smiled.
"Hmm.. I don't think I've seen you at the cafe before. What's your name?" she asked

 

"He's cute." he said. "But aren't you a little young to be his mom?"

 

"the cafe?" she questioned, "My name is Alexis. and you've already met Jacky" she said and Jacky laughed happily.

"Many people have said that, but to him, I am his mom. He thinks of me as more as a mother than a sister, and I'm fine with that," She smiled.

 

"Oh, I see." he said. "Nice to meet you, I'm Hiru."

 

"Likewise," She said. Jacky was struggling out of Alexis' arms, and ran to Hiru, "He must like you, or that you are another boy he sees," she laughed

 

He chuckled and said "Hey there!"

 

"H-H-H-i--Hiiruuu" Jacky was trying to pronounce. "Mommy, is that right?" He turned back at her. "Don't ask me, ask him" She said pointing to Hiru. Jacky turned to him again, "Was that right?" He said in a cheerful voice.

 

"You did great." he said, smiling.

 

"Can we go pway?" Jacky asked tugging on Hiru's hand. "No, Jacky. We weren't invited here. remember? you inturrupted them. "

 

"Sorry, but my friend here, Jordyn, needs some rest." he said. "Maybe some other time?"

 

"Do you guys need any help? I would like to know more about the Cafe. What is it?" She asked him while picking up Jacky.

 

"Nah." he said. "We're fine. As for the cafe, it's not too far from here, it's just a small little place, you can't miss it."

 

"Alright, see you around. Let's go, sweetie" She said to Jacky and walked out of the house. They still made their way to the park.

 

Hiru waved bye and closed the door.
