Final Fantasy X: Forgotten Answers

"We have to stop Kari from becoming the Final Aeon." Lukya shouted, tears running down her face. "Ryo's sister has so faith in her!!!!!!!!!!" Yuna smiled and nodded. Kari was ahead of them, planning of what do when Yunalesca appeared to her.

 

As the party walked out to the roof Yunalesca appeared before them "Have you chosen the one to become your fayth? Who will it be?" Yunalesca asked

 

"I will become the fayth, Lady Yunalesca." Kari said, stepping out in front of the party. Yuna held Lukya back from stopping Kari.

 

"Kari! No!" Daichi yelled out, getting ready to run forwards.

 

"very well then" Yunalesca said as she started the process. "stop" Ryo yelled. Yunalesca looked at Ryo and listened to Ryo's request. Ryo suddenly walked up to Kari, grabbed her arm and gave her a slap across the face

 

Kari smiled, touching the spot Ryo slapped her, and looked at Yunalesca. "Sorry to disappoint you, Lady Yunalesca. But..... Who the hell do you think I am?! In case you're unaware, me and one of my friends are Al Bhed! Like becoming the Final Aeon will give my people the respect and honor they deserve! Thanks to everyone, including Ryo, I know now the reason we have come. To stop the endless cycle you bring! So, sorry, I'm not becoming the Final Aeon today!"

 

"Hmph... well said..." Daichi said while nodding, he walked forwards to join Kari.
"Don't underestimate us! We don't care about Final Aeon's or sacrifice or whatevers, we don't give a damn about that! Force your way down a path you choose to take and do it all yourself! That's the way team Besaid does things!"

 

Ryo walked ahead of the group and stood ahead of them in front of Yunalesca "why...why does Sin return" Ryo said

"Sin is eternal. Every aeon that defeats it becomes Sin it its place... And thus is Sin reborn. Sin is an inevitable part of Spira's destiny. It is never ending." Yunalesca replied

"the teachings say that we can atone for Sin? is that all a lie? It was what gave people hope" Ryo yelled

"Will humanity ever attain such purity? "Hope is...comforting. It allows us to accept fate, however tragic it might be." Yunalesca said

Ryo grew angry "Salina believed in Yevon's teaching and your saying it was pointless" Ryo said drawing his sword and charged at Yunalesca but stopped when he noticed the young ghost Auron run also towards a ghost Yunalesca

"Where is the sense in all this? Braska believed in Yevon's teachings and died for them! Jecht believed in Braska and gave his life for him!" young auron yelled "They chose to die... because they had hope." the ghost Yunalesca said. Young Auron got mad and ran up to Yunalesca. He tried to slash her but Yunalesca slashed him down. The two ghost then faded away

"Yevon's teachings and the Final Summoning give the people of Spira hope. Without hope, they would drown in their sorrow. Now, choose. Who will be your fayth? Who will be the one to renew Spira's hope?" Yunalesca asked

 

Dean gave a grin as he stepped forward. "Sorry to burst your bubble old lady but we're all decided this...tradition should be thrown away, you may not accept change or think other ways to defeat Sin because you took the easy way out, we're all going to actually make the effort right here, right now, we're taking the hard way!"

Dean pointed at Yunalesca. "And I I rubbed off a certain phrase on everyone so let me tell you personally so you won't even attempt in changing our minds, we can do anything as long as we don't give up! This ends now!" Dean declared as he reached for his guns and got into a stance quickly.

 

Lukya, Rikku, and Yuna ran toward them, their weapons out. Lukya felt relieved Kari wasn't becoming the Final Aeon, and gripped her bow.

 

Daichi pulled out his Katana too, and joined the others.
They were going to take on Yunalesca of all people... who would have thought?
"Yunalesca! This spiral off death ends!"

 

"Poor creature. You would throw away hope. Well...I will free you before you can drown in your sorrow. It is better for you to die in hope than to live in despair. Let me be your liberator." Yunalesca said as she prepared to fight

"Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!" Auron yelled

OOC: this line became pointless but it was still too epic to not put in

 

"We will show you the strength of Team Besaid!" Kari shouted, snipping before tossing her ball at Yunalesca. The ring of fire around it became hotter it flew to her, and hit. Lukya shot three arrows at her.

 

Dean smirked. "Damn you Auron, you had that line prepared you old geezer." Dean said humorously, yup he was back to his witty side despite fighting the woman who had the power to make the Final Aeon, was there anything that didn't scare this guy apart from Tidus's comment, nope, nothing came to mind as Dean pulled the triggers, firing off a hail of bullets. "Take over, gotta reload!" He said and guarded himself to reload his ammo.

 

Daichi covered Dean instantly by using Fire Breath against Yunalesca.

 

Ryo smirked "I would rather not be a part of some lame team called team Besaid" Ryo said and slashed Yunalesca

 

Kari smiled, and slashed Yunalesca with Rikku. Yuna summoned Ixion and had him use Thor's Hammer on Yunalesca, Lukya activated her Overdrive and shot a Light Blast, Wind Ravager, and Darkening Arrow at Yunalesca.

 

Tidus ran at Yunalesca, using his natural speed to swipe at her and flip backwards to avoid any attacks as Dean came out from behind Daichi and fire off two bullets with accurate aim and pulled a trigger again. "Freeze Shot!" He called out, as a bullet of ice hit the old woman whiel Wakka was using his Reels and Lulu, casting an Ultima barrage upon her.

OOC: What hapepned to respect for the elderly? Thrown out the window that's what's happening here.

 

Daichi used Aqua breath, his move combining with Deans freeze shot and becoming a wave of Ice.

 

Ixion cast Thunder as the same time Lukya shot a Thunder Shock, the Thunder combined with the Thunder Shock and hit Yunalesca.
