Hardly. let me tell you hard, you are asked to make a guy work by selling tissues and he runs off in dungeons that are so far from each other, you catch this guy onyl for him to espace aain, caugth him 4 times and he gave up, oh and let's not forget another one, tryign fighting a sealed monster that's very powerful, 12 of them in crystal in different dungeons to get a rare statue from eahc of them to get very rare clothes and fianlly, when you beat all 12, there's a 13th whose attacks like, as hot as the sun and what do you earn in the end? A badge." Dean deadpanned.

OOC: This is true because where he came from, if you got thsoe statues and traded them with certain peopel you get alternate costumes and when you beat all fo them, a 13th appears in the dungeon who nearly destoryed the entire region and the attacks are a menace and the prize was aone-of a king badge that if you collected them thoughout playthroughs, you can literally break your characters.

 

"...Dean... I swear you've done everything.." Daichi said awkwardly.
"It's hard to believe that you're in terms of years despite being frozen... like... well... an old man."

 

Dean looked at Daichi a she said those words, now kari heard and he rubbed his forehead. "I'm still the same age as I once before then, oh and by the way, that's 16 and I'm still that age right now." He said honestly. "Trust me, my travels had alot of stuff that invovled travelling since that's what a Drifter does, they never stay in one place too long." He said to him.

 

"I know that in body you are 16.. I meant in terms of time." Daichi said like it was obvious.
"I mean look at Tidus, he's technically in terms of time 1000 years old. But in body... he is just 17."

 

"Okay I admit that but maybe he travelled through time like 100 years and is spirutally 1017 while I, slept for that many years I was frozen, not aging but by preseving my body, the aging process was like...seconds, like 1 year equals a second for my body but my brain's mentally my age by that many years, of course, I don't change immediately. cause I'm still who I am before that happen-." he stopped and facepalmed himself.

 

Daichi scratched his head. "Let's agree to never bring this up again?" he offered, holding out a hand.

 

"Daichi." Dean started to say and looked at him. "Kari heard." He said to him, pointing out the obivous fact.

 

"... We can always feed her to a Malboro?" Daichi joked.

 

Dean gasped. "Do you want to incur Ryo's wrath!? He does still have summons you know!" Dean said in surprise. "Besides, you think such a thing to do to a comrade!" He pointed at him, he obivously got the joke, kari, maybe not and might...well, let'sl eave that to your imaginations for now.

 

Kari had a look of 'I'm not impressed' and said, "Daichi, I really don't want to make Lukya mad, but...... suggest that again, and I will feed you to something bigger than a Malboro."

 

Daichi held up his hands in surrender.
"Point taken."

He suddenly burst out laughing. Like properly laughing. Something that he nor anybody else would have expected to come from him.
This was the most fun he had ever had making by making jokes and such.

 

Kari smiled. "Come on, lets hurry. When it comes to waiting, Rikku has a short fuse."

 

Daichi patted Deans back this time.
"Yeah, you don't wanna anger Rikku.
Maybe I should tell her about that '10 on the fear factor scale' comment you mentioned earlier." he teased. (wow... he was really on a roll with all this)

 

Dean glared at him. "Tell ehr that I promise to tell everyone what you suggested you'd do to Kari." Dean said in defense. "Oh and Daichi, There is a eleven." He called to him, letting him leave the imagination of what the 11th scale was.

 

Daichi hid a chuckle and went back to look for fiends.
He found another set of tracks.
"That way..." he pointed.

 

Kari looked in the directions of the tracks and followed them.

 

Dean did just the same, just following Daichi's directions...oh and he would of thought Tidus won his race by now.

 

Yuna waited with the others to tell Tidus what Kari told her, but she didn't tell them what she and Dean saw. Rikku sighed, "What's taking them so long?"

"You can't expect them to find nine monsters so easily in this vast area, Rikku." Lukya said, Rikku sighed and nodded.

"There." Daichi pointed ahead of them.

 

Kari looked at the monster, it was a armored Shred. She thought for a moment, "This could be difficult, with this one having hard armor."
