Eiko sighed and Shuyin smiled, Yuna carried Squall to the entrance where Mrina waited for them.

 

Zidane walked to the entrance as well as did Yuri. "So off to the Tree." Zidane announced.

 

"Stay here with the moogles, Mrina." Jecht told his wife, she nodded and quickly kissed him. His face became a deep red and followed the others.

 

Zidane laughed when Jecht caught up. "Come on, you of all people shoudl be used to that!" Zidane said.

 

Braska and Auron held back Jecht from badly hurting the thief. Yuna smiled as she held her orphan son in her arms.

 

Zidane grinned. "Well, someone's embarassed, oh if only Tidus saw this." He said as Yuri looked at him.

"Are you having a death wish?" He asked and Zidane shook his head. "It's just for a little laugh, this trip needs some."

 

"You're asking for pain, thief!" Jecht shouted.

 

Zidane just walked on as Yuri looked at Jecht. "Don't try, if Steiner couldn't do a thing, you probably can't." He said to him.

 

Jecht glared at Zidane, following him.

 

Zidane ignored the glare with ease as they were stopped by a familar person, it was the red haired man from yesterday.

"What now? You want some more, eh?" Zidane asked him

 

OOC: oh I was waiting for Eiko to agree to go with them before Amarant came

BIC: "The victor lives, the defeated die. You know the rules. Your actions yesterday were incomprehensible to me." The red haired man said

 

Eiko stared at the man, tighening her grip on Shuyin's shoulders.

 

"Well, that's a tough question... Are you really that happy that I let you live?" Zidane asked him.

 

Yuna listened to Zidane.

 

"I'd rather die as a warrior than live as a beggar." the red haired man simply said

 

"Then come with me." Zidane simply said.

 

Jecht looked at Zidane with a confused look. "You sure?"

 

The red haired man was confused "What are you after?" he said

 

"Follow me and maybe you'll understand. Besides, you're pretty good in a fight. We could use someone like you. We're hunting a man down." Zidane said to Amarant.

 

Lenne smiled and nodded at Amarant. Jecht walked up to his shoulder. "Hope you're not in women or you'll have big jealous guys after you." He walked down the path.
