Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

Yuna sighed and Jecht listened to him.

 

"It's just a dream, your mind must of wandered off while you were asleep, besides, how could you beat all of us when we would outmatch you?" Yuri asked.

 

"well in the end I lost and thats what got me to awake but I think you guys are hiding something from me" Tidus said

 

Yuri just waved his hand. "It's only a dream and since you saw it, you'll be making sure it doesn't happen in reality so there's nothing to actually worry about." He said to him.

"And besides, what would we gain from hiding something from you, a fellow travelling companion and we know you inside and out so what's there to hide if we trust you?" He asked him.

 

"Maybe you're right...... Maybe we are hiding something. You'll find out what it is." Jecht told him.

 

Tidus sighed when he heard what Yuri said and believed that they were not hiding anything from him but then he suddenly looked up at Jecht. His belief that they were hiding something returned when he heard what he said

 

"All that you can do is choose whenever not to believe us or do the opposite, we cant force what we want you to believe, just follow what you think is right." Yuri said.

 

Jecht yawned and went inside for breakfast.

 

Tidus just stood there not knowing what to think

 

"Anyway, we better go inside and get some grub." Yuri said to Tidus as he shook his legs a bit as he headed inside.

 

Jecht ate the food prepared, Dagger was quiet at the table.

 

Tidus nodded and walked over with them still remaining quiet

 

Zidane looked at Dagger. "Hey, what's with the silence Dagger?" He asked her as Yuri ate his food.

 

"Oh, just thinking..... We just go check the Iifa Tree, see if Kuja is there."

 

Zidane scratched hsi head. "Yeah, btu we won't go right away, everyone needs to actually wake up before we set off." He said to her.

 

"Of course, my bad. I am so sorry for rushing the concern." Dagger ate her breakfast.

 

Tidus finished eat and suddenly got up "Everyone its time I say goodbye" Tidus said

 

"What's with the sudden farewell?" Zidane asked as he stared at him as did Yuri.

 

"Well A while back when I fell unconscious I remembered something. The reason I was traveling around. It was because I was looking for somebody special to me" Tidus said and put his hand on his head "I can't even really remember her. So I told myself that until I remember her I will come back to her. Although she might have found somebody else" Tidus said sighing a bit disappointed at the thought "Im going alone to do this and besides Im just getting in your way on your travels" Tidus said with a smile to lighten to mood

 

Yuna looked at him, falsely smiling as she said, I hope you find her. Excuse me." She stood up and went outside, running to the Eidolon Wall and cried on the image of Bahamut.
