Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

"Hey, Braska, I think Yuna was captured." Jecht walked up to them. Braska stood up and nodded.

 

Yuri heard Jecht's words and nodded as well. "Can't have gone far." He said as he ran to the entrance and bent down to his knee where Yuna originally stood within his flash. "She's been here...but...which way?" He looked ahead and looked to Jecht and Braska.

"Let's go there's no need for the others to come along as well, if we move in a small group, we'll be less likely to be spotted." He soon followed the tracks as he carried his staff.

 

Jecht and Braska nodded and followed him.

 

Yuri stopped walking as the tracks soon came to an end and Yuri listened carefully until he heard movement and turned his head. "That way!" He thought as he ran in the direction to see Yuna knocked out and her attacker, whoever it was.

"Hey, what you doing with our companion!" He asked straightaway

 

"Seymour, let her go!" Jecht attacked him, but he fell to the ground. Seymour smiled and looked at them, "All I did was a simple exchange. That sphere of Tidus's memories for Yuna. What good was she doing around someone can't even remember her." He disappeared, Yuna whispered softly, a tear going down her cheek. "Tidus......."

 

Yuri noticed Yuna's look as he stared at Seymour. "I can see why people don't liek you very much." he said as a robed man sat behind Seymour. "Charming to know you forgotten me Yuri." he said and Yuri looked at him.

"You! Ryrin!" he said a bit angrily and Ryrin clapped his hands. "Congraulations, You won!" He said mockingly and he jumped off the rock.

"How's your travels coming along?" He asked as Yuri stared at him. "Why should I tell a murderer like you!?" as Ryrin pretended he was hurt.

"Ouch, that hurt my pride y'know...and it appears you changed clothing? Care to explain?" He asked as Yuri held his staff. "Oh that's right...you had a little accident, still it does interest me, peharps I should see if I can do it too..." He said and grabbed Yuna by the arm tightly. "Don't bother transforming, I'm sure you know what happens."

Yuri stared at the situation. "Braska, lay down your weapon, they got us here." Yuri said and threw is staff in front of him as it landed on teh ground and Yuri experienced more meories of Yuna up to the wedding of Seymour and Yuna as he had held his head out of habit.

"Oh? headache Yuri?" Ryrin asked mockingly and Yuri stared him. "None...of your business!" he said.

 

Braska set his sword and Jecht put his in the ground. Yuna woke up and gasped, Seymour held her other arm tightly from running to her companions.

 

"Now I know why Yuna and Tidus hated you so much Seymour, it's downright creepy." Yuri said as Ryrin smiled.

"Hey hey, that's no way a swordsman should act but wait, you aren't one, just a white mage, if your father could see you now." He said and Yuri growled.

"Don't you dare mention him with your mouth!" he said and Ryrin unsleathed his sword and held it to Yuna's neck. "I believe you don't get the point Yuri...we hold the cards, not you three so I would recommend calming down. He said as he pressed the sword against her neck drawing a bit of blood.

Yuri stared at them as his fists tightened. "Why don't you tell us about your transformation from Yuna?" He asked and Yuri held his breath. "For some reason...I'm seeing her memoires of her pilgrimage everytime she changed..."

 

Just then the sphere holding Tidus's memories was throw at Seymour's head. Sitting on a pile of rubble was Tidus but his hair was white and he wore a black armour. Tidus looked at Seymour and had a dark smile "well I want to thank you for this sphere but I don't need it" Tidus said with a dark grin

 

Seymour ignored Tidus and made a tsk noise at Yuri. "How rude. Viewing other people's memories without permission." Yuna softly smiled at him and cried, the sphere had landed near her foot.

 

Tidus grinned "what about you. Why are you getting involved with my memories Seymour" Tidus said

 

"It's not like I'm doing it on my own, for some reason, it does it by force, whenever I like it or not." Yuri said and Ryrin stared at Tidus. "And you should stay where you are unless you like a headless Yuna?" he said calmly.

Yuri stared at them until something happened, Yuna's garment grid was glowing but it was to one dress-sphere as the Berserker glowed wildly "What's this now...?" Ryrin asked as Yuri had held his head as his form changed as he screamed and he changed as his blue hair was spiky and his clothing was now white spiky armour jagged ends on the arms, his sides and legs as his hair was pure white and eyes were a menacing red.

"The hell!?" Ryrin said surprised as Yuri had suddenly ran as one of his jagged ends extended longer at his wrist. "S-Stop! Don't you care what happens to her!?" Ryrin exclaimed as he trembled a bit and Yuri's fists connected with Ryrin and Seymour;s face as they were forced slightly and Yuri wasn't speaking but was in a rage as he charged at them again and Ryrin thrust Yuna in front of him as a human shield as the Arm Fang was still extended as if he wasn't caring if Yuna was going to be hurt.

"Yuri, stop!" Yuna had managed to cry out and his other arm stopped his wrist from cutting Yuna's neck as Ryrin looked at the Berserker. "It's all right now, Yuna." Yuri said in a normal tone of voice as he grabbed her shoulder and punched Ryrin to free her from his grasp and stood in front of her.

 

Yuna grabbed the sphere and she changed, she now wore a female vision of Tidus' outfit, her hair became slightly blonde. She gripped the sword in her hand and stood near Yuri, Seymour looked at Tidus. "Do as you please....."

 

Tidus got up and smiled. You could feel Tidus had a lot of power and he seemed way more different than normal. He began to walk towards Seymour

 

Ryrin held his sword. "You were a monster before Yuri, your eyes only shown rage and you almost killed your friend, peharps her voice recalled your senses?" Ryrin asked him and Yuri cupped his hand to his chin in a thinking manner. "Why should I bother telling you? Now, let's get this party going."

Yuri charged at Ryrin who jumped back as Yuri's Arm Fang collidied with his sword creating sparks as Ryrin pushed him back and his sword soon became encased in flames. "I got a gift for you." He said and Yuri jumped back as Ryrin swung it as fire escaped it and Yuri quickly turned around his Arm Fang reverted to normal and he brought his leg up as a jagged part extended and he brought it down, cutting it.

"What's the plan now Seymour?" Ryrin asked him as he jumped back to his side.

 

"Let us show the lovers end this." Seymour smiled as Yuna readied her sword to Tidus. Jecht and Braska watched her.

 

Tidus took out the Caladbolg and ran foward towards Seymour

 

Seymour dodged in surprise, Yuna was surprised as well.

 

Ryrin grinned. "That's not a bad idea." Ryrin said as he conjured anotehr flame strike and flung it at Tidus as Yuri had run forward and reverted his Leg Fang and exteneded a shoulder blade as he grabbed it and detached it as he threw it like a boomerang as it soared and sliced towards Seymour a few times before returned as Yuri caught it.

"You gave me a bad vibe the first moment I met you at the Red Rose." Yuri commented.

 

Tidus turned and cut the flame strike away and turned to Seymour with a dark grin. "Im not letting you get away so easily' Tidus said and jumped at him again and slashed at him
