Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

"It's kinda beautiful if I'm honest." Yuri said as he looked around whiel Zidane looked at Lenne. "I suppose we ought to find the nearest town then." He recommended.

 

Lenne nodded and looked for a town. Jecht looked toward his half-sisters, "You two still holding on to that incident in Zanarkand?"

"No, more like the feeling......"

 

Zidane noticed something weird shaped as he walked to take a closer looked as it was a village. "What is that thing?" he asked himself.

 

"I don't know. But it's on the way to my village. Lets go!" Lenne began to run toward it.

 

Quina spoke. "Is very delicious shape. Inside might have fine cuisine!" As it ran into the village as Zidane sighed. "Geez... All s/he ever thinks about is food." he complained as the entrance was blocked by some dwarves who had not notice Quina go pass.

 

"All you think about is girls....." Dagger told him, rather stubbornly.

 

"Uh, that's right! My mind is filled with thoughts of...you!" Zidane said to Dagger as Yuri looked at Zidane, blinking.

 

Dagger ignored him and went into the village, greeting the dwarfs with their greeting.

 

"... Maybe I'm trying too hard..." Zidane said to himself as he admitted defeat to teh greetign as the others entered.

 

Yuna, Squall, and the Gullwings began to look around the town.

 

Zidane noticed something out of place as it was a black mage. "Hey..." he said as the Black Mage started running.

 

Vivi gasped when he saw the Black Mage and followed it. Jecht followed him, Yuna nodded at the others and followed in her Berserker dress, with Paine and Rikku behind her. Lenne and the others followed them.

 

Yuri and Zidane soon followed suit in an attempt to find otu if the Black mage was one of Brahne's.

 

They continued to follow the black mage into a forest, where it disappeared. The three berserkers followed the scent of the mage and quietly followed it into a village.

 

"What is this place?" Zidane asked as they looked at the village as Black Mages were hiding.

 

Vivi ran off in one direction and Jecht followed him. Yuna looked around.

 

"Why would anyone build a village in the middle of a dying forest...?" Yuri asked as Zidane shurgged his shoulders. "Beats me..." He said as Dagger soon left in another direction. "H-Hey!" Zidane said but Dagger already left as Yuri also walked away to check out the village.

 

Everyone went into their own direction, leaving Zidane by himself. Jecht and Vivi walked into a graveyard.

 

Zidane sighed and walked around, checking out the Sythesis shop until he saw Dagger. "What's up Dagger?"

Yuri bent down to the calm flowing water as he put his hand to feel it's coldness. "It's actually very peaceful here, almost no trace of war or fighting." He said to himself.

 

Rikku walked up beside him and scooped a handful of water. "It reminds me of Home, before it got destroyed......"

Dagger noticed Zidane, "I'm trying to explain that we're not bad people."
