Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

Steiner looked the Princess. "Mr. Tidus and Lady Lenne must be searching as well your majesty." He said to them

A man wearing a cloak walked past Lenne and Tidus as he passed them, giving off a strange aura.

 

Lenee looked toward the man and shook.

Dagger nodded and headed for them. Auron smiled, "Almost like him when he was a kid." He had whispered to himself and followed her.

 

The man felt Lenne stare and turned his head. "Something wrong with me ma'am?" his red eyes were clearly visable and otehr bystanders were walking by but staying away as they did feel uncomfortable to even try and be near him as it was almost like the man was a curse.

Steiner looked at Auron. "I'm sure the Queen shall reward Mr. Tidus, Lady Lenne, yourself and me for returning her Majesty back to Alexandria." he followed them.

 

"It's nothing, good sir."


"Did you find it a bit strange that Lenee looks like Yuna a little?"

 

Steiner put his hand to his chin. "They do look strikingly similar now that I think about it, but I suppose I passed Lady Lenne off as Lady Yuna's sister or mother."

The man nodded. "Very well then ma'am, as long as we are clear on that..." He trailed off when he noticed Tidus's stare. "So it was true, you two do look similar..." He said to him and chuckled a bit.

"I shall take my leave." He turned aroudn as the cloaked followed suit and he disappeared into the crowd easily.

 

"wait what do you mean who are you" Tidus yelled as he tried to run after him but stoped when he dissapeared in the crowd

 

"Tidus! Lenee!" Dagger and Auron walked up to them, Lenee smiled and sighed.

 

Steiner followed Auron and Dagger as his armor clanked with each step.

Marcus heard Dagger's voice and walked towards the group. "We're ready to retrieve the Supersoft." he said to them

 

Dagger smiled, Lenee smiled as well.

 

"We can leave right away. So you're coming along, huh? Are you ready?" He asked them.

 

Dagger nodded.

 

Marcus walked towards a dock while Steiner was talking to Dagger not to come but he was ignored by her.

"Boss's waiting at the dock." he said calmly.

 

"'Boss'?" It took a while before Dagger realized who he meant.

 

Marcus noticed Dagger's look. "Yup, there's only one man we call 'Boss.'." he said to her as he opened a shack door on the docks.

 

Auron smiled as he followed the young princess to the docks.

 

Baku had noticed Dagger. "Princess, do you know that breakin' and enterin' is a crime?" He asked her as Marcus walked in as did Steiner.

The cloaked man walked inside of the Auction house as a Auctionner was talking with two familar people from a recent attack on Burmecia which was Kuja and Shuyin.

"How was Burmecia?" The Auctioneer asked Kuja.

"Not bad... better if I didn't have to see those vermin and the ugly
elephant-lady. They offend my senses." Kuja simply said digusted as the Auctioneer stared at him. "You must be tired."

"It's not over yet. The rest of the vermin must be done away with." he said as the cloaked man walked up. "Well Kuja, how nice to see you again."

Kuja turned around and looked at the cloaked man. "You are still as dark as ever Ryrin."

The man named Ryrin let his hood down to reveal fair skin and dark long red hair trailing down into his cloak as his eyes were shown to be golden yellow.

"I never disappoint anyone's expectations although, I met someone who was similar to the angst blondie here, I honestly mistaken him for Shuyin until I saw the differences."

Kuja brushed the infomation off. "No need to give me low quality actors, I already met some poor peformances in Burmecia." he said disappointly.

"Will you be heading to Cleyra, then?" the Auctionner butted in and Kuja nodded. "Yes; I trust you will deliver them."

The Auctionner bowed slightly. "Then I shall prepare them..." and Kuja smirked. "A canary I've been after... She flew into my
cage of her own free will."

Ryrin looked to Shuyin and shurgged at what Kuja just said.

 

Tidus sighed and walked in and looked at Baku "hey Baku its been a while" Tidus said

 

Lenee followed everyone to the docks and smiled.

 

Baku looked through his googles and laughed. "Well well, the kid's still alive." he said to Tidus. "Seems only yesterday you collasped in front of our hideout and talked in your sleep."

 

Dagger heard what Baku said eariler, "It's partly my fault about what happened at the Evil Forest, so I want to help."
