Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

Vivi showed Jecht his card, Jecht smiled and put his potion. Rikku added the Elixir with the rest of their items, Freya just put on her Add-on.

 

Zidane put the 5000 gil in his pocket and Yuri was handed a sword as he put it on his waist as a secondary weapon.

Yuna gasped when a Burcemian soldier slowly walked into the room, he fell to his knees. Freya ran to him, he said, "Fre.... ya.... we were..... attacked.... by.... soldiers with..... steeple hats."

Vivi gasped and held onto Jecht. Freya tried to ask more, the soldier fell to the ground, dead. Auron turned to the regent.

 

Tidus put away the bracelet and then looked at them "damn whats going on" Tidus said

 

"This is a problem... Because of the festival, there are hardly any men left in the castle. It will take time to mobilize." The Minsiter said to Cid as Cid sighed. " We have no choice... Call back the 4th aerial division patrolling the border."

"But if we recall the 4th, we will lose our eyes over Alexandria." as Cid stared at the Minster. "<Gwok-gwok> Burmecia is our ally. We must help them."

 

"So what are we going to do? Go after them?" Paine asked.

 

Yuri looked at Vivi. "They could be the black mages just like Vivi..." he said to everyone as the Regent stared at them. "Auron shall lead into Burmecia but Auron, who should you take there?" he asked him.

 

"I'm going with you! I wanna know if they're anything like me!" Vivi looked at him, Jecht nodded.

"I'm going as well."

"Don't leave the Gullwings out!"

"Yup!"

"I'll go as well."

"I'll be going, naturally."

 

Regent Cid looked at them. "Very well, but you can't go anyway just yet, the Dragon's Gate must be opened, in the mean time, let's all have something to eat, it is a tradition of the Festival to eat with your hands."

Zidane nodded. "I'll go as well."

 

Tidus looked at them and scratched the back of his head not knowing what to do

 

"Hey, Yuri, Tidus, don't you come along as well?" Rikku smiled at them.

 

Yuri looked at Rikku. "What do you think my answer is?" he smiled at her.

 

Rikku smiled and nodded. Yuna saw Squall run toward her and hug her.

 

Tidus continued to scratch his head "Im probably going to be in the way if I go" Tidus said

"You won't be in the way......" Yuna stood up and walked toward him.

 

"Im just somebody who preforms tricks with my ball I'm not a fighter" Tidus said

 

"You sure? You looked like you had a lot of experience fighting during the festival."

 

"That was nothing really. I only joined because of Yuna" Tidus said as he gave Yuna the bracelet he won and smiled

 

Yuri looked at Tidus. "Come on Tidus, maybe journeying with us can help you regain your memoires." Yuri said to him.
