Zidane jumped off as well. "So we're here in treno, been a while." He streched out.

 

Yuna sighed and changed to Dark Knight, aiming her sword at his neck. "How about a name?"

Lenne smiled when they stepped into Tot's office, she turned to Eiko and Shuyin. "Eiko, go with Shuyin into town. I'll stay here with Doctor Tot." Jecht nudged at Vivi and they ran off somewhere.

 

The stranger looked away. "Least she's not calling me a demon, guess that's something fortunate...fine, you want a battle, I'll be glad to accept, you need a bit of a lesson anyway." He said as he stepped back and brought out a belt buckle as it wrapped around his waist automatically as his cape was still on. "You aren't the only one who can transform..." He said as he took out a strange card and shook it and slot it in as the belt spoke. "Form Card...Battle!"

The stranger clothes vanished as he wore a full armour suit witha cross across his chestplate as his head was covered by a mask with green lines arcoss as he could see her. "Shall we go?"" He asked as he took out a book which seemed rather thin as the stranger changed his book spine into a blade as the cover was in a diamond change and he held the handle.

Zidane looked at jecht. "Encourging a date? That's something I never expected from tyou." He said to him.

 

Jecht didn't hear him and left with Vivi. Squall grabbed Zidane's hand and looked at him. Lenne laughed. "I hope you're good at babysitting, Zidane."

Yuna prepared herself for battle.

 

Tidus sighed in relief as he sat up "good as new" Tidus said as he he turned his attention to Garnet and Beatrix "thanks for healing me" Tidus said

 

Zidane sweatdropped. "Always a catch isn't there?" He asked and walked with Squall.

~

Beatrix smiled. "The compainions of her Highness are always welcome." She responded.

~

The stranger's new weapon clashed with her sword, creating sparks somehow but he was quick on his feet as he took quick swings and using his footwork.

 

"Please stay and rest, Tidus." Garnet told him.

~

Yuna groaned and gripped her sword.

~

Jecht and Vivi left Treno and went to a empty cave. Jecht smiled, it was where he and Vivi first met.

~

Squall followed. Lenne bowed at the doctor and smiled."Shall we begin?"

 

Tot smiled. "Why of course!" He said to her.

~

Zidane lead Squall to the Tournment as it would go on until dark. "SO, why do you wanna go?" He asked him.

~

The stranger smiled behind his mask annd quickly stepped back. "If this is all the stalker has, she won't get any answers at all." he said as he trailed his armoured hand along the blade quickly and ran at her, commencing his attack again.

 

Yuna used Arcana on the man and cracked his mask.

Lenne explained to the doctor about the village, the eidolons, and the summoners that once lived there.

~

Squall sighed and shrugged, when Jecht appeared and put him on his shoulders. "I'll get him off your hands, if you want."

 

Zidane shurgged his shoulders. "I'm honestly not bothered if he goes with you or stays with me." Zidane said to Jecht.

The man looked at her. "Not bad, guess I'll have to get serious too." He said and jumped back as he opeed the book and pulled out a card as there was a distinctive word written across it named Blast as he slid it into the belt. "Attack Card...Blast!" as he changed the book sword into the shape of a gun and pointed it at her as he shot mutliple bullets at her and then he quickly took another card and slid it in with quickened ease. "Attack Card...Illusion!" the belt called out again as his form split into three seperate forms, one wielded the sword book, the other the gun book and the last used his fists.

"Can you keep up?" He asked her from one of the suits, it was unclear which one.

Tot listened carefully with full intent

 

Yuna groaned and attacked all of the illusions.

Lenne continued to explain to the doctor.

~

Jecht put Squall down and looked at Zidane. "We'll cheer ya on for the tournament."

 

The fist illusion side stepped and kicked Yuna in the gut, sending her back as the sword illusion wiped at her exposed defense, cutting through her armour as the gun illusion fired a few bullets at her weapon, sending out of her hand as it landed on teh ground then the illusions merged together to become single.

"I think it's time I ended this little fight, don't hold a grudge against me." He said as he took out a anotehr card encased in yellow and slid it into the belt as it spoke. "Final Attack Card!"

Holographics images of cards strenched out before him as he jumped up and went through them as his speed suddenly increased as he kicked her in the armour as an explosion occured and the stranger knelt down and stood up, brushing his hands as Yuna was in Gunner dressphere since her Dark Knight was defeated but she sustained alot of damage. "It's not my policy to kill my enemies." He said calmly.

Yuri looked at his clothing. "Gunner? Does that mean Yuna's in trouble?" He thought as he did briefly change to Dark Knight but suddenly changed to Gunner as he ran outside and small something. "Yuna!" Yuri ran to her as he bent down to check her injures and looked at the strange warrior.

"Another one? I'm certainly popular today." He said as he brushed his hands together.

Tot listened with full attention.

Zidane smiled. "Thanks guys, I'll be sure to win then." He said to them.

 

Yuna groaned and gripped her gun, aiming it at the man.

Lenne took a breath and told the doctor her story.

~

Jecht winked and gave him a thumbs up.

 

"I wouldn't do that in the condition you are in lady." The man said as he looked at her until a bullet shot past his face. "Stubborn huh, that's not bad...huh?" He noticed Yuri point his two guns at him.

"The knight in shining armor comes to rescue the damsel in distress...where have I heard this story before?" He took out a card and shook it a bit as Yuri watched carefully. "See ya, let's meet again." He said as he slid it in the belt as it spoke. "Attack Card! Invisible!" as the man's form faded out and vanishied.

"Who is he?" Yuri questioned himself and looked to Yuna as he took out a Potion and helped her drink it.

~Treno, Night~

Treno had become dark as time had passed and Zidane was in the finals already.

~Tot's Home~

Tot stroked his beard. "Very interesting...Thank you Lady Lenne for explaining to me."

 

Lenne nodded at the doctor.

Yuna drank the potion and sighed. She headed back to the castle.

~

Jecht grinned and wondered who Zidane would play against in the finals.

 

Zidane was soon playign against a sailor who used Oglop cards strangely.

Yuri had followed Yuna as Steiner looked at her. "Lady Yuna, did the enemy escape?" He asked her.

~

Tot looked outside. "My goodness, this late already? How time flies." He said, chuckling.

 

"Yes, he was a strange one." Yuna sighed, and put her gun away.

Lenne smiled and left to find Shuyin.

Jecht thought about someone he knew was a Oglop. "No way..... Can't be......"

 

There was an Oglop beside the sailor with a famialr moustache as Zidane won and the two exited the place. "So, the champion was an airship pilot from Lindblum."

The Oglop stared up at Zidane. "Don't be ridiculous! I'm the champion!" Cid reamrked as Zidane looekd at him. "Still an Oglop I see." He said and Cid glared at him. "And you haven't learnt any manners I see."

"Cut me soem slace will ya, what you doing here anyway?" He asked as Cid responded.

"Mainly participating in the tournament but there was something I wanted to test." He said as Zidane looked at him. "What are you testing?" He asked and Cid smiled. "Our new airship! The Hilda Grade 2!"

"The one that flies without Mist?" Zidane confirmed and Cid nodded. "Correct. We can't go very fast yet, but we made it to Treno." He answered

"Why now?" Zidane asked and Cid looked at him. "I have a funny feeling there'll be more trouble on the horizon." He said and Zidane looked at him. "No worries, I'm sure our new Queen Garnet will take care of everything!"

Zidane noticed Eiko runnign and out of breath. "What is it Eiko?" He asked her.

~In Alexandria~

Kuja stepped out behind a statue. "Peace is but a shadow of death, desperate to forget its painful past... Though we hope for promising years. After shedding a thousand tears, yesterday's sorrow constantly nears. And while the moon still shines blue, by dawn, it will turn to scarlet hue. What an auspicious day for Alexandria. Garnet's ascension to the throne has brought hope and peace to this kingdom. The people are overjoyed; they believe a wonderful future is ahead of them. ...But the celebration isn't over yet. It's time to really light things up! Your former master is here, Bahamut. Play a requiem for her and all of Alexandria!" Kuja cried out as Bahamut was summoned and soon started attacking Alexandria.

 

"I heard from a moogle here in Treno, it's about Alexandria, Dagger's in trouble!"

Dagger ran onto the balcony and gasped at what she saw. Bahamut roared and stared her. She gripped her fists, the monster that killed her mother was now destroying her kingdom.

 

"Your Highness!" Beatrix called out to Garnet

"What!? We better get moving!" Cid gwoked as Zidane nodded. "Yeah!"

Ryrin smiled from what he saw with Seymour. "It's poetic isn't it? Two Queens killed by Bahamut."" He said
