Final Fantasy IX/X-2: Melodies of the Gullwings

"Dagger?" He asked her and she ran to follow them as Zidane and others followed suit as Dagger was given Levaithain within the same period of time Kuja spoke.

"Blood... Hahahaha... Excellent, Bahamut! Power, mobility... You are truly the best! You even hurt me...a little. And you, Brahne... Your tragic role in this drama now comes to an end! I'm sure you'll enjoy the second act from your soul's hellish prison, since the stage will be your former home! The final act will take us away from Gaia, and I will kill my nemesis...with my own hand! Hahaha! Everything is according to plan." Kuja shouted out as he raised his ahnd towards the sky as an eye scope appeared as Bahamut was captured and controlled as it shot a Mega Flare upon the battleships.

 

Tidus ran ahead of the others and suddenly became serious "I-it's the invincable...damn that Kuja" tidus muttered

 

Yuna held out her arms with Shuyin and shouted at Bahamut, "Bahamut, stop it! Please stop!" Bahamut turned to them after it finished destroying the fleet and shot Mega Flare at them. Yuna groaned and passed out.

 

Tidus suddenly stood infront of Yuna and created a barrier that broke easily due to the mega flare. The blast hit them but the barrier lowered the damage "d-damn it why did I do that?" Tidus muttered

 

Bahamut had soon vanished into thin air and Kuja had got away as Yuri noticed something. "Hey...isn't that?" It looked like Brahne on the beach.

 

Dagger watched in horror as what was happening, Braska sighed at what his daughter did.

 

Yuri watched the mayhem. "So much destruction..." he said.

 

"the fool got what she deserved" Tidus said with a smirk loosing power and falling down

 

Jecht picked Yuna in his arms and carried Tidus on his back, Lenne and Auron picked up Shuyin. Dagger ran to her mother.

 

Zidane followed as did Yuri as they stared at the dying body of Brahne She could hardly move. And I thought she'd come to a stop any second. I hate Kuja a lot. But I hate Brahne a lot, too... ...so much that I wanted this to happen to her. I should be happy, but... Once I saw Dagger start to cry, I didn't know how I should feel. I kind of wanted to cry, too... ZIdane thought to himself.

 

Dagger held her mother's body in her arms and cried, Braska walked up to her and comforted her.

 

OOC: we cant have them do the sending it affects the story

 

Yuri looked at the wrecked ships. "So many lives lost." He said and got on his kness and closed his eyes in respect for the lives lost.

Brahne had spoken with Dagger about her greed and finally being free of it as she entrusted Dagger with Alexandria on a new path then she passed away.

 

OOC: Well Disc 3, the eye in the sky steals souls and Brahne's and the soliders are inside it and Kuja uses it to become Trance Kuja.

 

OCC: I've edited it, may we move along now?

 

"Let's...take her back to Alexandria...we can use Brahne's escape pod." Zidane said calmly.

 

Braska and Dagger carried the queen's body to the esacpe pod, Jecht and the others followed them.

 

Tidus laughed as Jecht carried him "so much death. Everything is going wonderfully" Tidus said and went unconscious. He began to transform back to normal

 

Zidane stepped onto the pod as Yuri did teh same and soon the escape pod arrived in Alexandria.

~Later in Alexandria~

Alexandria was informed of the Queen's passing and buried in the resting grounds as Dagger, Doctor Tot, Steiner and Beatrix stood at the grave.

"Princess, here is a wreath of roses, your mother's favorite. The townspeople sent it as an offering for the queen's grave. True, Queen Brahne had been acting quite erratic before her death... ...but the people are still very fond of her, as you can see." Doctor Tot said as he passed the item to Dagger.

 

Dagger placed the wreath on the grave as Braska, Paine, Rikku, Auron, and Yuna appeared, the three Gullwings were in the Warrior dressphere, and Yuna had bandages on her body from when Bahamut used Mega Flare. Braska hugged her and sighed.
