" Why were those men after you?" Yuki asked as she cleaned the edges of her blood tainted shuriken " No problem"

 

"Awe, where's my thank you?" he asked, putting his Masamune away, a sly grin on his face.

 

She smiled, "Ah fine. I'll have pity on you. Thanks too." she said, then turned to Yuki. "Other than me being undead I really don't know. Even when I was alive it's always been like this..." she said in a more gentle manner.

 

"Guys didn't like you? Or were they acting too friendly around you?" he asked, his grin gone, only a blank face.

 

"Honestly, I don't understand me getting a 2nd chance and my parents not getting a 2nd chance... They deserve it more than a low life like me..." Yuki said, almost in tears.

 

"Lies!" she said to Yuki. "Be grateful you even have a second chance! And no, I was rather... not appealing to guys." she lied.

 

Kin smirked and walked over to Yuki "Sure you weren't," he replied and he gave Yuki a hug.

 

" I just wish hunger was one of the least things to worry about.." Yuki looked at Miku " Sure someone found you not appealing" Yuki said in a sarcastic tone

 

Miku nodded. "Quote it for truth." she said.

 

Kin stopped hugging Yuki, he walked over to Miku, his face even closer "Wanna know something I think?" he asked, not bothering with the other question, he pulled her into a hug "Huuuuugggssss!!!" he yelled.

"GAh! Get the Hell away from me!" she exclaimed, feeling depressed at the moment.

 

"Your very optimistic Kin................" Yuki stayed silent for a long time " Optimism......" Yuki looked up to the sky

 

Kin's grip was hard enough, nothing could escape it. "You want a kiss too?" he joked and put her down.

"And what's so wrong about being Optimistic?" he asked.

 

Miku glared at him, "No, not from you." she said, then turned to Yuki waiting for her reply.

 

"Nothing, in fact, your lucky because not all are blessed with optimism. Some learn optimism through their struggles others, well, are born with it. Sadly, people like me.... I don't think have optimism..."

 

"Wow... you're depressing..." she commented and sighed, "But I understand you."

 

"From who then?" he asked, looking at Miku. He looked at Yuki and smirked "Doesn't mean you can't be too." he said, he went to sit next to her "Well, this is gonna get us nowhere fast, if we're just gonna sit here...what in the world to do now?" he looked at the sky, a bird flew on top of his face. "Bird...get off..." he said to it, it just perched on him "Please?" he asked, getting ticked off real fast, it didn't care. He jumbled his hands around it, ten more landed on him. "I hate birds now..." he said.

 

Yuki shooed the birds away. "Better?" she asked. Just then, she heard people coming. " I think those are...... you know what I mean" she got up and looked at the direction where the footsteps were coming from.

 

Kin got up, picked Yuki over his shoulder, and started jumping into the woods with her.

 

"Miku!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hurry up!~" Yuki shouted, worriedly.
