Final Days of Tomorrow

She crossed her arms, relaxing slightly despite herself, and replied, "I'm Kumo. And you?"

"I do, I do. Don't worry." she saud and turned around. That's when she noticed him, she did nothing but stared at him. She couldn't believe it at all. She froze once again, it was like her heart skipped a beat or rather stopped right there.

 

Afra mimicked Kumo's movement "Afra." he said aloud. A dark grin across his face was all he showed and walked over to her "I'm sure there are things you want to know about me...like, who I was in life...well, I'm still me, even after dying and hiding for ten years from Miku...why? Because she was always a self-centered brat, who loved only herself in life. She was a hard one to tame, but I tamed her...and killed her in the process...and if she thinks I'll die by just dying again, that is a ruse, you only die once...and only once." he retorted towards his words, he was on a pun by words alone.

Kin heard him and looked at his hands "I'm...not....not Afra..." he said aloud, not thinking at all.

 

Kumo's eyes widened, and she took a slow step back. She faltered, trying to find the right words, the right question, then asked, slightly hesistant;
"Wh-what d'you mean... "tamed" her?"

 

Miku heard him too, but couldn't believe him at all. She didn't want to, she looked down at the ground ignoring not only him but almost everyone and everything as well.

 

Afra pulled out his Javalin, he was right behind her before she could blink "As in rape her emotions to death." he said, even he was darker than this, but this was the true self when people die. "You wanna know the truth about Undead? The truth is...it shows the people what we really are, what our emotions never showed in real life...our pain, our suffering, this is us, we are our other halves...say for example, Kin over there, was happy like this all the time...but his true self was all Emo? I think you understand." he said as he had his Javalin to Kumo's throat.


Kin looked at Miku, he didn't look at Afra and with it he was angered by what he saw in Miku. He didn't say a word, he pulled himself closer to Miku, but not too close, to where he could at least have his hands on her shoulders.

 

Miku immediately pushed away from him, she pushed him away rather roughly and stood up and ran away. She wanted to escape this nightmare, the fastest way possible. She headed for the middle of the road with the 'go' signal for all the cars to pass by her.

 

Kin got up and jumped after her, he started feeling like being in slow-motion "Miku!" he yelled and jumped in to grab her wrist before she could go through the sign.

 

"So that's why... When Kaname came back, he wasn't..." She only trailed off when she realised she had spoken aloud. When she spoke again, her voice sounded tougher, though. "Get your weapon away from me."

 

Miku tried to pull away from him, she tried with all her might to get away from him but his grip got her. She still remained silent.

 

Afra obyed "I have to, I'm in league with you livings anyway...I'm neutral..." he replied and smiled. He walked to Kumo, and kissed her lips, he left a card in her shirt as he left her lips and vanished in one moment, leaving no questions left to be answered for her.

Kin pulled her into a hug, a hard one at that, and cried as he held her there. "Miku...I didn't think...I didn't...I..." he was sobbing now, his eyes were tearing up, his face unknown with sadness in it. "I didn't know he was...I thought....I...." he didn't stop he just held her there.

OOC: XD Never would've come up with that one.

BIC: "Wha...?" She stood there, dazed, for a few moments, then numbly reached up to touch her lips with one hand, pulling the card out with the other.
"Why did he do that...?" She muttered to herself, then looked at the card.

 

OOC: Well, if you're reading the card, here's what it says: "I believe you owe me big time for saving your sorry a*s*s." xD Exactly what is in my mind. But also, he put something on the back: "Meet me at the bench in the park of the town to your left."

 

Kumo read it through, then bit her lip.
"Should I...?" She thought to herself, then shrugged, pushing the card into her pocket.
"Can't hurt to see what this about... Besides, I've gotta ask him why he just did that..." She carried on thinking, breaking into a run, and not stopping until she reached the bench.

 

Miku continued to try and get away from him but couldn't.

Bic: Kin let go after what he had done. "I'm-" he didn't finish and jumped onto a truck that passed by, he rode it until he couldn't see Miku anymore.

Afra Smirked as he sat on the bench in the park, it was night now, nothing much to do and wait. "She'll probably wonder why I did that...simple, I tell her I did it because she's beautiful...and luxuriously preciouse." he snickered darkly. "Too bad she has no sense of humor."

 

She watched him go, falling on her knees. She felt so much pain and sorrow right now. She couldn't take it any longer and ran to the opposite direction.

When Kumo reached him, she was struggling to breathe from all the running.
"Why... did you... just do that?" She forced out the words in between breaths, gripping the stitch in her stomach in an attempt to cool down.

 

Afra smirked as he stood up and held out a hand to the bench "Sit." he ordered, not barked, just pleasently. "I did it because you're beautiful...and luxuriously preciouse." he quoted his own statement earlier. He smiled as he looked at her. "Not everyday you meet a woman of such beauty now."

 

Kumo sat down, and, catching his eye, immedietely looked at her feet, her cheeks turning pink. She couldn't find anything to say.
