    Are the last few battles of the game against Xehanort or Xemnas? Because the guy is darker-skinned, which matches Xehanort, doesn't it?

    Xemnas... who happens to be the nobody of Xehanort. Darker skinned fellow you're referring to is Xehanort's Heartless, also referred to as Ansem, Seeker of Darkness.
