Since I've been talking a lot about Doctor Who today, I thought I'd do this. Here are my favorites: Series 1: Dalek, Father's Day, The Parting of Ways Series 2: The Age of Steel, Army of Ghosts, Doomsday Series 3: Utopia, The Sound of Drums, Last of the Time Lords Series 4: Partners in Crime, Turn Left, The Stolen Earth, Journey's End Series 5: Vincent and the Doctor, The Lodger Series 6: A Good Man Goes to War, Closing Time Specials: The Christmas Invasion, The Runaway Bride, The Waters of Mars, The End of Time 5 Minute Mini-Episodes (or whatever they're called): All of them :)

Series 1: Dalek, The Empty Child/The Doctor dances, Bad Wolf/Parting of ways Series 2: New Earth, The impossible planet/The Satan pit, Doomsday. Series 3: The Shakespeare code, Human nature/The Family of Blood, Utopia Series 4: Basically all of them, except I'm not a huge fan of Midnight. Series 5: The Eleventh hour, The lodger, The Pandorica opens/The Big Bang Series 6: All of them... Specials: The Runaway Bride, The End of time part one/part two, A Christmas Carol. And all the addtional scenes are just love.
What? ...WHAT? lol, in before Ashwin I must convert you, dearie. Midnight was one of my absolute favorites when I watched series four the first time around. Also, is it bad that when I read it the second time around, I thought of you saying you didn't like Midny? xD
Oh dear Cat xD No, I love Midny <3 I just found it quite aggravating how the people were so quick to jump to rash comclusions and although that is probably an accurate representation of human behaviour I just got slightly bored with it. It makes a change to "The Doctor is amazing, everyone love the Doctor and follow him!" but I just got kind of bored of it, I still love the episode- it's exceptional how they managed to film it and it must have taken ages. Fundamentally, I see a bunch of scared people in a carriage trying to find out the source and then kill it whilst ignoring everything else. It just didn't resonate with me.
Seems legit. The reason I like it is because it really taught me that jumping to conclusions is never ok. And how the human mind works in a stressful situation.
Oh, dear Enzy, I know that. xDD I can see where you're coming from, but that same point about it being a change of pace from "oh, look at this guy who came out of nowhere and knows so much, let's go follow him like lost puppies" was actually what made it interesting for me. Aside from that, the simplicity of it all was a nice change from all the big baddies that we've had in the past (Racnoss, Slitheen, Ood, etc.) and the horror story feel kept me on my toes, a bit like Blink.
That was the point of the episode. Even when he's saving their asses, the Doctor is still enough of an ordinary guy that people aren't afraid to disrespect him.
So your favorite episode is one that has not aired yet. Series 1: Rose, Dalek, Bad wolf Series 2: the new earth, army of ghost, doomsday Series 3: blink, 64, Human nature, The Family of Blood, The sound of drums, Utopia Series 4: Midnight, Silence in The Library, Forest of the dead and Journey's end Series 5: and Series 6 : all of them Now who wants some fish fingers and custard?
The Dalek Invasion of Earth (Season 2, Classic!Who) The Chase (Season 2, Classic!Who) The Girl In The Fireplace (Series 2) Gridlock (Series 3) Amy's Choice (Series 5) Vincent and the Doctor (Series 5) The Big Bang (Series 5) A Christmas Carol The Doctor's Wife (Series 6)
Precisely. The whole point of the episode was why I didn't like it, I like the "Doctor is the hero" thing and so when he's being ignored it degrades that thought which was which I didn't like, plus Donna was barely in it ;-;
