    Usually it doubles your experience if you are under half your total health (50% HP)

    Doubles in KH1 and KH2 if Health is below 50% and same for BBS and 3D but only applies when your health is below 25%

    It existed on KH1? Don't remember anything like it there. And on KH2 it also only applies for when you're in Critical condition (25%-). It only changed to 50% on KH2FM. ...or the other way around, not sure now.
    Also just to note, they don't stack multiplicatively, so two of them increases exp to 300% instead of 400%.
