As far as I'm concerned, weather the Gentlemen intend to or not, they seem cause drama where ever they go =T

 

We were discussing this earlier. It's strange how, whenever any of us do anything it's instantly "in the name of the Gentlemen," at least in the eyes of everyone else. It's really not.

You've all basically shat on him more than once, or at least a lot more than other people. I don't care if he deserved it or not im looking at this objectively. Do I really need to find the threads? You know what I'm talking about. I know you know.

 

Yes, but you still say that "oh the Gentlemen are at fault" when one of us says something. It doesn't always work that way, and to blame all of us when only a few take part in something isn't exactly fair.
Yes, some of us have said things, but it only continued because they responded to his comments. It's sort of a cycle.

 

When you go around spreading your jokes and memes and shoving them down everyones throats 24/7, you're solo actions will be reflected upon the group you represent despite your intentions. Know this before trying to claim you don't represent the other members, because you do in the eyes of others. And I've seen threads where 3-4 of you treat Starfire like ****.

 

aha, no I dont. I give credit where credit is due. Besides, I've only said this twice. I'll go find the threads. If you promote your group, which I have no problem with, but then do something in which like 8 or 9 of you participate in, (and we're not talking about what goes on on msn, whatever happens there) then don't get "annoyed" when someone points it out. Everyone sees it. Come on.

Just let me ask you this then. Can you honestly say that the others wouldn't have participated in the drama we're talking about when they had the chance? Can you honestly say that, even if you weren't involved, you wouldn't have done the exact same thing?

As a matter of fact I have seen Gentlemen ignore shitstorms wherein others were involved. I am talking about members like What? here. The problem is that they may be more the exception than the rule, and even these members aren't all that consistent and will partake at times.

Also, if you know that people are going to blame the innocent, then causing drama on your own for no real reason except your own entertainment at the risk of sullying people's names along with yours isn't exactly the purest form of justice I've ever come across either. Judging from the fact that you're standing up for them now makes me think that you did not think of it that way so I won't blame you for that or anything.

I think your argument is rather ridiculous. Take us for example. The members here often just refer to us as "staff" and this has been used in the negative sense as well (which is another thing: would you be spilling your guts on this generalisation when people would refer to the Gentlemen in a positive light?).
Do we bother to nag about "Not all staff is like that." or "Staff isn't online all at the same time". I can't recall, and I'd find it quite childish if we did.

And furthermore I support what Cam and Radiowave said.

 

For what you men say, it's sense. If you do join a group, and do things that make the name be said as jokes, insults, and such, you're going to get this coming around.
I knew by joining the Gentlemen this would happen, it's only the internet. It might be wrong if I go and insult someone by myself because I truely don't like them and the group gets blamed.
But that's how it's going to be.
And the smart remarks saying "Well we wern't there," arn't going to work, because they'll just point out that we were, or something related to it.
So we can all be at fault, for joining the club, and talking about it on MSN.

You joined the group, it's going to end up like this.
If you really like the Gentlemen, then get your big kid pants up, and just ignore the insults.
