Eternal Slumber: the dream world

Kaitlyn ducked back behind the garbage can but felt someone pick her up by her collar "Well, what do we have here?"

 

Norah peeked around the corner as she heard an unfamiliar voice, and watched the guard pick Kaitlyn up. Crap, what am I gonna do?

 

Suddenly, tree roots rose up from the ground and trapped the guard. Kaitlyn fell, got up, and made a run for it toward the exit. Then another guard jumped in front of her Crud she ran toward another exit and 5 more guards jumped in front of her and she was surrounded.

 

Daisuke drew his swords and cut the air releasing two dragon spirits which ripped through the guards, "Run, I'll distract the rest" he said

 

I can't just stand here! Norah took out her daggers and silently ran up behind one of the guards and slit his throat.

OOC: lol Sweeney Todd-ness. xD

 

OOC: Johnny Depp nooooooo!!! *cries*

Some more tree roots came up from the ground, trapping the guards "I didn't ask to have backup you know"

 

OOC: lol not seen that yet

BIC: "Go, we can't get in now" Daisuke shouted, I don't know how long I can take, if too many come I might get caught

 

"You didn't need to!" Norah knocked back guards that were standing in front of the exit with a gust of wind.

 

Okay...yeah.....I just ahve to speak up about this.....Vertigo....you're a Twilight fan, right?.....and....obviously you like Jacob and werewolves......well....I'd say I'm more of a neutral kind of person who wouldn't want to be anywhere near werewolves or vampires......but I say vampires are cooler....just a bit....and I loled at your avy when you got it. I need to tell my werewolf fan friends about that...they're going to laugh....

BIC- Angel started strolling through the meadow. It was very peaceful and the best part was that there were no bugs to annoy you. I'm pretty sure there probably aren't even existing meadows like this in the world now. Or if there are...they're few in number... She laid and looked up at the sky. She wondered how the other guys were doing. It's kind of boring around here....maybe I should've gone just to ahve some fun.

 

OOC: I like vampires.... but I like werewolves slightly more. xD Not the place to discuss this, though.

BIC: Norah went through the gap and didn't look back.

 

Kaitlyn saw the gap and ran behind Norah.

 

Yeah...sorry....just had to say it.

BIC- Angel sat back up and walked out of the meadow. She went back to town and along the way she forgot about the tree people she somewhat met and saw today. As she walked she wondered what was going to happen in the only place where she could fully relax in her life. If anything happened to Nemuri, she was sure her life would go start spiraling downwards. I release all of my stress here.....

 

Daisuke ran back after getting distance from the guards and went through the gap after the others had cleared it.

 

Angel still didn't want to get involved unless she had to. It just depends....but if anything happens to the town, I'll take care of it.

 

Ooc: BUMP. xD *takes a bow*

Bic: Norah was still running. She turned back and saw that Kaitlyn and Daisuke had made it out, and she slowed down.

 

Kaitlyn ran up to Norah and panted, "You run too fast".

 

"The wind helps me," Norah replied. "That was way too close."

 

"Being able to control trees does come in handy" Kaitlyn looked back.

 

"Looks like it does," she said with a smile.

 

Kaitlyn put her hands on her hips "Yea" she looked at Norah "I'm Kaitlyn".
