Eternal Slumber: the dream world

Story: When we dream out minds enter another dimension the dream world, Nemuri. In this dream world creatures beyond imagination reside, some friendly, others not. Cities of vast technology where built by a handful of powerful creatures who took a human form. Outside of the cities are smaller towns and villages that act like it’s still the middle ages.

Nemuri is threatened by the creators of these cities of advanced technology but not only is this world threatened, so is our own. When some people enter the dream world they never come back out leaving their bodies behind in a coma, the truth behind this is simple, their trapped inside the fortress ‘Eternal Slumber’ the base of the creators though not many know this.

People enter the dream world for their own reasons, whatever they may be…

*In real life human characters must live as normal.

*powers, weapons and an advanced fitness are what you have when you enter the dream world, also you will have different clothes but you still look the same.

*The creatures can be any race you want them to be.

* eventually creatures will begin to enter the real world.

* 80% of people lose the ability to enter the dream world at will at the age of 16.

*if you die in the dream world you either die in the real world.

*You can only leave the dream world through a type of mystic gate way called the Glyph. It’s also where you appear when you enter the dream world.

History: A martial arts and sword obsessed teenager though he quit every fighting class he went to. He claims to of learned how to fight by himself by using things he’s seen (most likely from movies). He entered the dream world for the first time when he was 12 and is classed as a veteran as most people lose the ability to enter the dream world at 16.
Personality: A nice guy even if he doesn’t look it.

Souns like an interesting idea....though i get the feeling I'll regret joining this RP. My only complaint is that....uh.....well...in your description there are some spelling and grammar mistakes. As well as in the rules.

no I didn't really care for my spellings since i kinda rushed this, and my sister can't spell and added every word she spelt wrong to the spell checkers dictionary.

BIC- Angel was now in Nemuri and was wondering what she should do today. I can't quite believe that I actually made it in this time, though. Maybe I should check out how everything's going. With that, she ran off to a nearby town to try and get an update on conditions in Nemuri.

 

Daisuke has already been in the dream world for an hour or so. He was sat on top of the guard tower waiting for the guard to come back from where he had gone.

 

Kaitlyn was sitting in a field of flowers in Nemuri, "Something feels odd...." she said to herself as she picked up a flower and smelled it.

 

The guard returned, relieving Daisuke of his duty. Daisuke felt something strange in the air, even his blades where having a reaction. "The city again" he sighed.

 

Kaitlyn laid down in the field, "Maybe it's just me...."

 

Daisuke leapt from the guard tower landing on the outside of the villages wooden log walls. He landed in a feild of flowers.

 

Kaitlyn saw someone jump in the field and looked at him, "Hello".

 

"Hi, I didn't think anybody else was here" Daisuke said.

 

Kaitlyn laid back down and looked at the sky, "Yep. Just me".

 

"So i'm guessing you couldn't feel that from a minute ago" Daisuke said
