TIME TO REAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALIZE (Again, only @Novashadow will get that shoutout and reference, maybe other people, but yeah)

Some notes:

-Like I said, if I got any facts wrong feel free to correct me, I won't get mad as long as you approach me calmly.

-Again, SO SORRY for interrupting you every 5 minutes Misty.

-The BL2 cut content was the Moonbase DLC, which was promised but never delivered upon the players (I know a friend who plays a lot of BL2). And they cited lack of memory for it, then explained it on greated detail.

On the topic of Final Fantasy and NPCs being voiced. There was definitely a big downfall in that since FFX, but they really got a LOT more voice actors to voice NPCs in Lightning Returns. I often recognised big voice actors doing these small roles, it was pretty neat. I'm guessing that they spent more money on the voice acting than they made off of the game.

 

That's a pretty real possibility, especially because the first game got a lot of flack for its lack of NPCs ( and FFXII was just so huge that I can't imagine they voiced many of the NPCs, could be remembering wrong though ). I did buy LR so I will have to see for myself. :)
