Eclipse: The City of Dreams

Shigiku smiled. "Nice to meet you, Laith..." She said politely. She noticed that he slid back a little. "Hmm? Is everything okay? You look a little scared..." She said, noting his expression. Shigiku suddenly winced and shut her eyes tightly, pain flowing throughout her entire body, but it was hurting especially bad in her head. She put her hands on her head and screamed in pain. The memories of what she did were flowing into her head, and once it was done, she was left lying on the ground, breathing heavily. She opened her eyes wide, speechless. "I-I... Did that?!" SHe said softly, tears filling her eyes. What kind of a... monster... am I?! She thought and looked up at Laith, realizing what she did.

 

"aaah..no please don't do that."
Laith put out his hands, palms facing her, trying to make her stop crying. He squirmed uncomfortably and looked around, not sure what to do.
Say something.......my throat is dry...........it hurts

 

Shigiku covered her mouth, seeing how badly bruised up he was and stuff. "I'm so sorry! I'm sorry! Really, I didn't mean to hurt you! I'm so sorry!" She apologized, the tears falling down her cheeks. She lokked down and closed her eyes, turning her head away. She was ashamed of what she'd done. But how did this happen? I don't remember doing any of that... She thought, biting her lip. She was wondering just what exactly was going on.

 

Laith was nodded before she even finished. She seemed like a different person now, maybe something had taken over her? He didn't know, and was just glad no one was fighting. The sky had gotten darker as he had worked and talked and now, as Laith tilted his head up, he could see the faint outlines of stars. He sighed and his breath carried a puff of steam away, up to the sky, where it dissipated.
"It is getting cold....maybe we should go to some shelter."

 

Shigiku let out a small breath of air and closed her eyes, relaxing to try and relieve some of the pain from her wound. He was right. It was really cold outside, and it was beginning to get dark. And it would only get colder through the night. If we stay out here, we'll get hypothermia... She thought and nodded, trying to sit up, but the pain from her chest caused her to yell out in pain and fall back down again. "I-It hurts..." She whispered, tears falling down her cheeks, still.

 

Laith watched as she attempted to get up and failed. He looked around and shivered a bit.
Well, I guess there is no other way
Laith squatted and gently pulled Shigiku onto his back.
"Sorry, only way."

BIC: Laith waited patiently for her adjust and then he set out for his place.

Shigiku nodded and adjusted herself on to his back. "It's okay," She said softly through shallow breaths. Once she had gotten in a position where she wouldn't fall of, she leaned her head down and closed her eyes. She felt like fainting. Her wound was hurting really bad, but all she could do was ignore it as best she could. She wasn't even aware how she'd gotten hurt in the first place. I don't remember anything... How is it possible to get hurt that badly and not remember a thing?! She thought.

 

Laith nodded and stopped as she shifted positions. Once she was as comfortable as she could be, in this situation, he continued moving. He worked on walking smoothly. The road was getting darker and darker and Laith swayed on his feet, exhausted. He realized now that he hadn't slept in at least 2 days. The winds swept around them and it woke him up some. He carried her up the fire escape and onto the roof of a small building. There he had a tent set up and a pallet inside it.
"We're here."
He walked over to the pallet and sat down in front of it, leaning back so she could let go.

 

OOC: *takes deep breath* Okay guys, i have no clue what's been going on and i'm thinking about getting this one closed down, and starting a whole new one.. Okay?? it's a continuing one so that we can get back on track... you don't have to get a new character, you can keep your new one, and the apperances can be changed using a photo from Photobucket.
