Eclipse: The City of Dreams

"The guards won't do anything," she said. She looked over and saw Shigiku, and she also saw Shane. And also, some other boy she didn't know, thought she had a response to his threat to call the guards. She looked over at Shigiku and looked worried.
"Shigiku! Get back you'll get hurt!" she said. She ran over next to her. She felt another presence upon her. Like she had before. One that made her stop breathing. What was it? She couldn't' really tell. It smashed her down into the ground and she felt her lungs cut off her air support. It seemed every time someone was in danger this would happen but she wouldn't' know why. She lay on the ground trying to breathe. She held her hand up at her throat, and she shut her eyes tight, trying to grasp the air. She made a few choking noises, as she tried to breath back in.
"Shigiku!" she called.

 

Shigiku looked at Kiara worridley as she started to run over to her and she looked down, feeling like she was in trouble, but then she saw Kiara fall to the ground. Her eyes widened. "K-Kiara...?!" She ran over to Kiara and knelt beside her. "Kiara... what's wrong?! Are you okay?!" she asked, concerned. She felt sick to her stomach just being around Shane, and her fear and burns weren't making her feel any better. Shigiku remembered that this had happened before. Why does this keep happening?! she wondered and she felt tears come to her eyes and she looked down at Kiara worridley.

 

"Shi....giku... Go get my dad....in the palace," she said, cracking in her voice from trying to breathe... She took in a few deep breathes and she tried to inhale more and more... Maybe...this happened before, and her father might know about it. It was hard though. The presence seemed to keep her still, and from moving, or maybe.....it was her body keeping her from moving. Maybe if she did, something bad would happen. OR its keeping her from letting loose and being able to breath. She took a loud cough and wheezed in more air. Her throat burned and she felt shaky.
"Dad," she said softly. She kept her eyes shut tight. Maybe...Just maybe....her father can help.

 

The guy ran away from them after he saw all of them.

Aaron lay on the floor unconscius.
A bit of blood dripped from his mouth.
All that was coming from his mouth was air and blood.
His clothing was a bit torn and bloody.

 

Kiara looked back at Aaron. She saw him. She saw mostly blood, which made her stomach sick, and she could even smell it, which made her stomach turn and twist. She coughed a few times, almost ready to get sick, but she wouldn't let herself. how would she be able to breathe back in?
"Dad...come get me," she said softly, wishing he could hear it. She wanted to bad for help.
"Please....just help," She said, finally lying her face on the cool sidewalk, making her stomach ease up.

 

Zach glanced again back at Aaron, who was out cold. He was coated in blood, whether it leaked from his mouth or from any of the wounds made by that horrible shopkeeper. Zach could also smell it, the stench clinging to the air even yards away from him.
His attention turned to a girl somewhere behind him, fighting for air. He sheathed his sword and raced to help her.
'I need to do something to help her...' he thought, 'but what can I do?'
Suddenly Kiara's breathing got a bit better, but she still needed help.</p> 'That girl's name was... Shigiku? I think?'</p>
"Shigiku! Hurry!"

 

Kiara felt somewhat eased up, and she could breathe, but barely. Enough for her to stay alive. The air seemed to be blocked, or her lungs were just collapsing. Whatever the reason, she still wasn't getting enough oxygen. She let out a painful scream as her chest and throat felt like they were on fire. Apparently, they were burned from the fire earlier. Maybe that's why it hurt so bad, but that still doesn't explain the last times it happened to her. She rolled onto her side, seeing if the position could ease up her breathing. It didn't make much of a difference but she felt in a better position. She kept her cheek on the cool sidewalk, hoping it would help her, just the tiniest bit. She opened her eyes and saw that boy. She took a deep breath, which hurt and took a little time and exhaled the words.
"Who....are...you?"

 

Shigiku nodded and quickly ran back into Kiara's house. She dashed through the front door and looked around. Crap... I have no idea what he looks like... she thought and began to panic as tears streamed down her face. "Somebody help! Please! I need Kiara's father!" she shouted. "Please!" she begged, feeling the situation get more and more desperate, yet she didn't have the slightest idea what was going on. What's wrong with Kiara...? What can her dad do to help...? she wondered.

 

Kiara's father, King Charles, walked into the hallway, after hearing a cry of panic. he rushed to the little girl.
He saw that she was a little panicked.
"What is wrong? What's happened to Kiara?" he asked her. His heart started to beat. He saw a few guards come rushing up and they stood next to him. He got down to eye level with her.
"Please...my daughter is all I have left of this world. Is it something bad?" he asked, still a little frightened for his so called 'little girl'

 

Shigiku felt tears falling down her cheeks. "I-I don't know... she just cllapssed.. and she said she can't breathe..." Shigiku explained, panicking greatly. "S-She told me to come get you... A-And that you'd know what to do... P-Please help her... She's right out front..." Shigiku stared up at him worridley. Stop asking questions and just help her already... Shigiku thought. Kiara's all I've got left, too... The only thing left for me to protect... and the only person who cares about me! She thought thought back on that statement as she remembered Shane. No... now is not the time... she thought.

 

His face seemed worried and he took a deep breathe.
"Okay, thank you young one," he said. He ran quickly around her and outside. He hoped that she would follow so in case there were anymore questions, he could ask her. He finally made it outside and saw Kiara on the ground
"Kiara!" he said running next to her. He sat down next to her and pulled her up slightly.

"Daddy," she said breathing a little off. He looked back at the guard that followed him.

"Go get some cold water and hot rocks," he said. The guard questioned him at first but then headed off.

 

Zach could barely make out the poor girl's words, but responded, "My name's Zach.--"
He was going to continue, but the girl's father rushed over and he stoped, stepping aside for him. "The King...", he thought, 'She's the princess?!'
"She started having trouble breathing and moving when she saw Aaron... I can't tell why..." He explained.
"I tried to help, but I didn't know what to do..."

 

"She has a difficulty breathing when her heart starts racing," he explained. He looked back down at her.

"I told you to be careful with that," he said, putting his hand on her cheek.

"You never told me that," she said still trying to breathe.

"I thought i did. You were so young though..." he said

Kiara chuckled.
"Dad...I got amnesia ...Do you expect me to remember something so long ago?" she asked

He sighed and saw the guard coming back. He sat her up on the sidewalk, and set the hot stones in cold water. Steam rose up from the water bowl.
"Breath in the steam," he said.

Kiara nodded and breathed in the steam as her father put more hot rocks in them. She felt it easing up more and more.

 

"Ha... Left Out As Always..." The mysterious voice that spoke to Aaron earlier manifested itself standing above Aaron.
"He Was Right... He Is Alone..." It spoke out of pity.
It tightly gripped its sword as it looked at Kiara and the king.
It smiled grimly at them.
It may not have eyes, but it still gazed at them.

 

Shigiku worridley ran out after the king and watched as he ordered the guard to go get some hot rocks and water. She watched as the guard hurridley ran away and then switched her glance down to Kiara. She seemed to be doing much better. Once the guard came back, she just silently watched, tears falling down her cheeks as she worried greatly. She blinked when she heard what the king said. Breathing problems...? Now she knew why this had happened those past few times. Then she noticed somebody standing above Aaron and she turned towards the figure, blinking. She was a bit frightened. "W-Who are you...?" she asked.

 

jecht walked in at that moment looking at kiara
"what happen to her"
he then noticed the king
"oh hey there"

 

Shigiku suddenly heard a voice in her head. She took a step back. Hello, Shigiku... It said to her. Who are you...? She asked. Me...? I'm probably your worst nightmare... the voice said and laughed. Why...? You don't seem that scary... Shigiku said back. Oh, but I am... The voice said. Shigiku blinked, confused. But she suddenly heard a loud ringing in her ears and she let out a yell, falling to her knees. She put both of her hands on her head. It was giving her a major headache and no matter how much she covered her ears, it wouldn't go away. And the pain only grew worse. Alright! I believe you! She shouted but the ringing didn't stop. And the voice had vanished.

 

"Heh...He's Waking Up...I better Go..." The mysterious being faded away.
As it went away, Aaron woke up and started breathing raspily.
Aaron reached forward a little bit and put his hand on the ground.
He started to pull himself weakly forward.
Aaron lifted his head up slightly to let him see forward.

 

Kiara looked over at Shigiku.
"Shigiku, whats wrong?" she asked. She looked back up at her father.
"Something's wrong," she said softly. She rose up and stood up. Almsot falling over.
She rushed next to Shigiku.
"Shigiku! What's wrong?" she asked, putting her hand on her shoulder.

 

Shigiku grit her teeth in pain. My head...! It hurts! Please make it stop! I beg you! Shigiku said to the voice, but the ringing continued.
The voice wasn't there anymore.
Shigiku couldn't hear Kiara due to the loud ringing.
She gripped her head tightly with her hands.
