Dreaming is Believing

Angelina smiled softly yet squinted her eyes She groaned.
"It hurts," she shrieked, then laid down on her back, feeling more stabs in her stomach. She felt herself bleeding.

Trent drove up to the building. He let Liam off and roared his engine into the group of dream guards.

Liam jumped up to the top of the building.
He stood behind the Dream Guard.
"Stop it!" he said, sternly. Then felt a pain in his stomach also. He blocked it with his mind, using his controlled emotions.

 

Chris held her hand, afraid.

 

Angelina punched the ground and shrieked out loud again. Another stab. She kept bleeding more and more.

Liam got out an enchanted knife. He ran at the Dream guard, stabbing her... He took out her powers and pushed her into a warp.
"We'll have to talk to the elders," he whispered to himself.

 

Chris had now idea what to do. He was on the verge of crying.

 

Liam warped down to them.
"Looks like she needs to go to the care unit again," he said.

Angelina started shaking from frightfulness.

 

"Let me go with her." he said.

 

Liam picked her up and looked up at Chris.
"I just need you to restrain yourself behind Plexiglas," he said. He warped them there and laid her down on a unit bed. He stuck a few needles in her arm and pulled Chris into another room with a window showing her on the bed.
"You must stay in here. No matter what," he said, then walked out, putting a few I.V's in her.

Angelina felt burning in her body. She let out a shriek and started pushing at Liam. She saw him strap her down.
"Liam! Stop it, that burns!" she shrieked out, crying loudly.

Liam kept her strained down and set more needles in her. After he got them all set, he pushed a button, walking back into the room with Chris. He sat down on the bench, ready to cry at hearing Angelina's cries.

 

"You're hurting her! Stop it now!" he said.

 

"I..can't," he said, shaking.

Angelina cried out more.
"Liam, please! Chris help!" she shrieked, trying to pull at the restraints. She cried more. Her arms and legs felt like they were on fire.

 

"If you won't then I will!" he said, going to the door.

 

Liam grabbed his shoulders and pushed him on the bench.
"You can't. It's the only way to keep her safe and her powers intact. It may feel like she's burning, but that just means it's working. It's okay!" he said.
Angelina cried out again, the burning unbearable. She broke a strap abd pulled out IV's.

Liam ran out of the door and over to her.
"Chris, come help me!" Liam said, holding her down. She'd gotten herself freed.

 

Chris ran over to them.

 

"Hold her down, while i put the needle's back in her arm," he said, holding her down and grabbing needle's, putting restraints on her hands.

 

"I'm sorry." he said to her, crying and holding her down.

 

Angelina cried out.
"Please, stop it!" she cried again.

Liam got her restrained and put the needle's back in her arms.
"Okay.... just give it a few minutes, okay? Angelina, you'll be fine and I'll take them out in a second," he said, a little upset that she wouldn't cooperate.

 

Chris felt like crying.

 

Liam took deep breaths.
"Chris... I'm sorry," he said.a

 

"It's unavoidable." he said, looking away.

 

Liam heard a beep from the machine on the other side of the Plexiglas.
"It's done," he said, rushing out of the door and pulling the needle's out of her arms.

Angleina calmed own lightly,she still cried.
"Liam," she cried more, grabbing his hand
"I'm sorry," she said.

Liam turned his face after pulling the restraints off her hands and pulling his hand away.
"Don't be, I'm the one who put you through torture," he said, ashamed of himself.

"Yes, but only to save me," she said. She looked through the glass and saw Chris..
"Chris," she said happily.

"You can see him, but you can't physically touch him. Your body is burning up the dead body cells and you're very hot... You can burn him... " he said.

Angelina frowned but ran through the door to him.

 

"Hey." he said, wiping his eyes. He held his arms out for a hug.
