People in England can barely use English properly, let alone another language. I mean, look at me, I just know swear words!

And actually bilinguals out number the monolinguals. The English are too arrogant to bother to learn another language that isn't English.

 

Oh yes, although, I can speak American if that counts. Even a lot of the Welsh don't know their own language.
