Do you ever cry when you read?

I have never cried while reading a book... maybe that makes me weird or i just dont read the sad stuff

 

I cry all the time when i'm reading. it makes me feel like such a wimp ^^

I cry nearly all the time when i read because for some reason i have a habbit of picking up tragic romance novels and such >.>
i cried my eyes out when Brom died in Eragon. I read that two years ago and the tear stains are still on the pages.

 

that depends on what type of book im reading but ive cried on the RG veda manga.

 

Yes, I've cried several times during different books. The scenes that I cry during are normally just so moving and beautiful that I can't not cry during them. Like emotional scenes...or death scenes. I almost always cry when a person I like dies.

 

Ive cried during a few books, But I cant remember which ones

 

If I read anything where someone important unexpectedly dies, then I cry. Other then that, nada.

 

I've cried while reading a few books, if someone I like in the story dies, I cry. Especially if the author adds in a plot twist and you weren't expecting that person to die. I've also cried if I've read something so closely related to my life happens, typically something sad, obviously. Other than those things, no, I don't cry.

 

Hm... when I read "The Great Hills Divide" series... like the laaast book of the series... forgot who it was writen by, that surprisingly made me cry. ;_; That seems like the only time... and then when a character you likes dies too... that makes me cry.

i cried in harry potter 7 when Fred died, its kind of devistating when your favourite character dies Dx

 

I Cried reading Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows and i almost cried Reading all the twilight series, stupid i know ^^ i cried reading a fanfic once too...im a sap for sad stories! lol

I usually cry a bit in sad parts. I cry a lot when I'm in a sad part, I'm listening to a sad song and I haven't slept at all.... *facepalms myself*

 

Heck.I read alot.Manga,novels,and so on.I've never cried in any book.I know it's not real,and I just enjoy what I'm reading.My friends say they cry if it's the right book.But for me.I just say,meh.

 

I don't think I have, but I like to feel emotion about a book so it's more deep and I get into it more. But since I'm a reeally slow reader I'm usually prepared if I realise they'll die... Unless it's like the shocking death in Harry Potter 6, but I didn't cry about that.

 

omg who couldnt cry reading harry potter or certain manga as well... i mean, like tsubasa for example... *tear* lol

 

I cried sometimes, depend on what book it is.

I remember crying while I was reading Specials from Scott Westerfeld.

 

Oh god yes, that book made me cry so much D:
But you feel better after reading a man named Dave ^^


The black magician trilogy made me cry D:
But usually I dont; though I find myself thinking about the characters long after the book has finished - that to me is the defination of a good book.
