I've cryed, I cry when people die though, my teacher was reading once, and she cryed because the main character was dying, and she had to make another student read because she couldn't, not funny.

Yes. I cried for, like, three chapters in Half-Blood Prince when Dumbledore died. And that's just the first instance that came to mind.

I read many a-book. But not many have made me cry or anything...

But I do know that some stories that I've read have. The short one's are the best.

I cry sometimes (usually when reading at night time). I remember crying when I read the end of the 6th Harry Potter book with Dumbledore. And when I read the Chinese Cinderella by Adeline Yen Mah.

I saw my friend cry today when she read this part of New Moon... but that's not the point...

Yeah I have cried when I read books. I cried when I read White Fang, I don't know why though but I read it when I was young. In 'The Silver Kiss' and a couple of other ones too.

I'll admit that some books are just tear jerkers. So yes, when some are done really well with emotional scenes, I'll drop a tear or two because it just is so well done I can picture the scene in my head. Unfortunately, though, I can't recall books that actually have made me do that in a long while, but I suppose that's because lately they've all been scientific books and unless I want to cry from the physics equations, it just isn't going to work.

Oh of course. I was in tears at the end of Harry Potter seven. Well, after I read about Fred's death, I cried for literally a half hour. The second time I cried was when I was feeling nostalgic, because you know, the book series was ending. You want to know which part I started crying due to nostalgia? When Harry was walking to his supposed "death" and he looked at Hagrid's hut and remembered eating Hagrid's horrible rock cakes. That did it for me. :P

Aha...I finished reading Republic Commando: True Colors recently, and I did cry.
For the sake of spoilers, I'm not gonna say why. It was sad, though. V_V

I almost cried at the end of the 6th Harry Potter book when Dumbledore died. That was sooooo sad! I don't usually cry while reading books though.

Really depends on the book. if it's just sad then i'll get watery eyes, however if it's like one of the main characters dying chances are i'll cry. but for some reason in the 6th harry potter book i didn't cry when dumbledore died -_- weird.

I've cried a lot during books... Particularly:
Lord of the Flies (What? It's a good book...) the part where Simon dies (he was my favourite character!).
Romeo and Juliet, the balcony scene, Mercutio's death, NOT Tybalt's death (XD; I couldn't stand him...), and when Romeo and Juliet died (predictably).
The Phantom of the Opera, at the end.
And lots others that I don't remember well...
