Ok I've noticed some things that are different from KH2 and KH2FM. I KNOW that they're different games and that Final Mix has extra stuff but like one thing I noticed it that Roxas' hair is more blonde in KH2FM. Another thing
I noticed is that Sora's hair is darker in brownish color and that the bottom of his shoes are black in KH2FM and gray in KH2. The last thing I've noticed is that Roxas' face looks different in the cutscenes than from what they look like in KH2.

They've been improving models for Final Mix. I remember seeing some images right here on KH-Vids that compared the FM models to the normal KH2's, and the FM ones really were more detailed and revised.

also Oathkeeper has a little darkish feeling to it. Final Form has a little green on it. also, i remember that Jafar was actually a challenge in Final Mix+

And in The Hall of the Cornerstone, theres a portal that takes you to Terra.
    Then you fight him.

Aside the OBVIOUS differences, such as the Data Battles, etc, here's what I found out and hasn't been mentioned :

    - When you start the final battle, and Sora slashes the buildings with the very first RC, he yells "Let's go!", after the RC, but only in FM.

    - Combo Plus and Air Combo plus cost, in FM, 5 and 4 AP respectively. They both used to cost 3 AP. But I think they make a greater difference.

    - I think all fights have minimum stats now. Like, if your stats are under a certain number, they'll automatically be of that same number during the fight. Or maybe this is only in Critical Mode.

    - Gummi Ships have changed! EX Missions?!?!?! Prepare to die

    - Quick Run's "flash" effect comes in a little slower. This is because Quick Run and Dodge Roll have the exact same first frames. So Sora "flashes" a bit later, when the game is convinced that you wanted a Quick Run instead of a Dodge Roll.
