Demons, Vampires, Slayers...The End of the World Again!

"Ouch", Leon said looking up and seeing Dawn, "Oh so thats who came in", he said.

 

Missy laughed and sat up. She stood all the way up and ran at Dawn, hugging her.
"So what brings you here?" she asked.

 

Dawn hugged back"I..umm...have nowhere to go..." she murmured. She decided not to mention the weird dream she had. What could it hurt? "Do you have any ideas?" she asked, waving slightly at Leon.

 

"Don't you have a home?" she asked, a little worried. she noticed something wasn't the same...

 

"I rented that one...but I don't feel safe there any more, someone was there." she explained. "Spike said it wasn't him, though with him you can never tell. Whoever it was took all my stakes, except this one," she gestured toward the one tucked in her belt "and they rearranged my furniture so I would know someone was there." She looked at Missy, trying to figure out what was different.

 

"Oh..." she said nervously, backing away a few steps. She didn't like being around stakes... even secured ones...

 

Dawn noticed her nervousness. "Sorry." she took the stake out, meaning to slide it away from Missy on the floor. She all of a sudden felt anger, hate. She narrowed her eyes, gripping the stake tighter. She wanted to stake Missy. Another part of her mind screamed no, but something else was in control. She took a step toward Missy.

 

Leon watched Dawn and Missy, "What the...", he muttered quietly as something came over Dawn.

 

Dawn smiled evilly taking another step toward Missy. "I told you I would pay you back." she whispered. Her mind was screaming Stop! What am I doing? Dawn raised the stake up, ready to dust Missy. Her vision turned red.

OOC: I have to go, T^T I'll be on tomorrow morning.

 

Missy gasped and jumped back, already crying.

 

Leon stepped inbetween the two of them, "Dawn, what are you doing?", he asked slightly raising his voice.

 

Dawn felt her body hesitate. She tried to make her hand drop the stake, but it didn't listen. She crouched down, then jumped for Missy, ready to dust her.

 

Missy tried to jump back again, only to move half a foot into the wall.

 

Dawn smiled triumphantly. Her vision turned red, and she was filled with so much hate and anger it scared her. Almost a little closer, then Missy would die. Her mind screamed no, but she wasn't in control anymore.

 

Missy hesitated, her legs felt like they were frozen.
"Dawn stop!" she cried.

 

Dawn tried to stop, she really did. She opened her mouth, and screamed "Missy, ru.." then something cut off her air supply. She couldn't breathe, but she still moved toward Missy. Her vision started going dark.

 

Leon grabbed hold of Dawn's arm in which the stake was, "Thats enough", he said.

 

Dawn felt her face turn toward him. Something in her clicked, and the stake dropped from her hand, clattering on the floor. She felt tears run down her face. "Missy....I'm so, so sorry.." she whispered, pulling away, backing away from them. "I...don't know what happened...."

 

Missy breathed heavily... Not sure whether to move or stay against the wall. She looked at Leon, scared.

 

Leon looked at both Missy and Dawn, "Are you alright", he asked both of them seeing the fear from Missy and the sadness from Dawn. Something was definetly wrong.
