Btw, P-sama, since you seem to have no idea who Kira is, and you want this round to end as fast as the rest of us, could you ... bend the Shinigami rules and take on the form of a human detective to try and help us solve this hint?

on the bottom set means it isn't following the same rules as mine. Also, the fact that the fourth line has more numbers than the third line means the second line in the sets are following different rules, or at least, they don't match the top lines.

Okay, I think I've got something here.

The secondary (binary) lines match the primary lines, but it's one secondary per two primary. So let's follow the same rule as mine, but with this new addition, and impose the rules of the binary on the primary.

Now how can we make this work out?

The 52 still poses a large problem. I think it might work if we were to divide the primary by the binary, making it into 26, but I'm not sure.

Even so, then we've got two lines, and we need to figure out how they interact. It's a ten character answer, but there's no one here with a ten character username, so it's not just a work-for-word username.

Next, let's look at stuff. At the end, we have a 0 on the first line. This means it's definitely not the first line minus the second line. (unless negative digits count as a blank space, used only to throw people off the length.)

So it's either addition, or subtracting the first line from the second.

Not addition, if my theory about the 52 being a 26 is correct, because there cannot be a 27. However the 2/1 (4th from the end) makes subtraction also impossible.

So that's as far as I've gotten. I think I may have made an error right at the beginning. First we need to figure out how the lines interact. So more theories on that would be appreciated.[/highlight]​

I tried merging the First and Third line...

This is what I got out:

Both have a different number of numbers. The top line has 11, the bottom has 6 (7 if all numbers on the bottom are added up). In my system, the sum of the bottom line is equal to the number of numbers on the top line. This is not the case here, so it is following a different rule. I suspect that rule is one bottom number per two top numbers.[/highlight]​

 

I took what you got there and added a 0 to end, so getting:
52 92 32 91 62 10
2--1---1--1--1--1

Then I subtracted those numbers to get this:
50 91 31 90 61 9

Not sure that will help, but it might.

Oh and guys, keep in mind that although I'm trying to get Kira, I do intend to take back the Death Note if I figure it out on my own.

I say that the Death Note should be redistributed, but instead of L choosing a number, an RNG should do it. IMO.

[highlight]That 27 is still causing problems. Either there has to be another way to read it, or there is a way the second number impacts the first. Addition (looparound) and subtraction both failed, and they don't even reach 27. So either we're reading it wrong, or there's another way we can use the bottom row.

If everyone who's been accused is now proven innocent...just need to find out who hasn't been accused. Buuut, I'm dead, so I'll sit back and watch. :D
