While my clue looks similar to the ones P have posted earlier, there are some key changes.

SakiM was interrrrrrrogated, but found Innocent. After the interrrrrrrogation, finalform32 was found dead in the interrrrrrrogation chamber. CoD appeared to be 846 June 5th, while the ToD seemed to be 'too much rrrrrrr'.

The detectives were baffled by this.

This is what I got. Might be a bad translator, though.

 

Try a couple different translators, they're all different. Between them all you should come up with something.

I took out the letters that were just letters xD.
I may have done this totally wrong...

 

I think higurashi means when they cry, but don't quote me on that.
