Edit: Somehow for "Where Eastern and Western languages meet", I got Kanji. I tried googling it to find a country. So, Asia maybe... However, this is just a theory and probably not true.

 

Kanji is an eastern language, so it doesn't seem to fit fro some reason.

 

But isn't English Western?
