I'm totally stumped on this hint. I don't know how to use keys with this kind of cipher.

 

[highlight]Mine is almost unsolvable without the next hint. Only by analysing the hint, figuring out the method of encryption, then figuring out the key would you have any hope. I thought it might've been binary or something but it isn't anyone gonna give me some help here??

I though some sort of translator.

(btw, by binary, I meant Base 4, or Hex, or Base 64, something like that.)
