[highlight]Well L seems to function without him, but I didn't see how Watari was used in the other rounds, as the conversations only went from L to Watari. So I'll leave it up to you to decide whether you want to become Watari again. If you decide you want to, PM me the guy you chose for L-dom.

Oh, P you never answered my question, can somebody be killed with a shortened version of their name or if they are can they matsuda out of it? For example, can sombody called Elizabeth be killed with Liz or Lizzie?

 

Well Watari can send messages publicly for L so it protects the fact that L is anonymous until they are revealed. This can extend L's life I guess, and also Watari helps by being able to be a constant between Ls.
Thats how Watari helps, and it's hard to say if Watari is needed because it's dependant on the L. I would like to resume assisting L, it was good while it lasted...
In the past you and Tikem decided the initial L so original L =/= either Kira - is that not happening anymore?
