Mako, read all of the hint with '27' in it. What's the problem?

Shortly after Fayt-Harkwind accused Mr. Brightside at a meeting in Hong Kong, he walked out of the building, and took a shortcut through an alleyway to get to his car. He ultimately never got there, because as he was being followed by a shadowy figure he vaguely recognised from the meeting, the figure pulled out a pistol and shot Fayt through the heart multiple times. Fayt was discovered within minutes, but by that time it was too late to catch the culprit.

Finally a death, but by 'as of this post' does that mean the kira tried to get rid of the deathnote but someone denied so they got it back?

 

'As of this post' means at the time that post was made, if you were to accuse the Kira, the Kira would be found guilty. It means nothing more, and nothing less.

Incidentally, the same is true of this one.

So it might be worth your while to solve the hint ASAP. It can be done with the hints I've given. In particular, try to find out the properties of the second line.

At least I didn't see it.

 

NOISE is found almost starved to death in a cell. It seems he was arrested earlier, but only discovered recently. I guess everyone forgot about him.

Mr Brightside is found dead, drowned to death fatally in a lake. The results of the autopsy is that he is 100% dead. There is no room for error. He is certainly dead. He is predicted to have definitely died around the time of Thursday, 10 June 2010 at 20:35.

SakiM is not found dead. No corpse is found. Instead, fuselage from a crashed jumbo jet is found. There were no survivors. From what was recorded in the black box, SakiM was piloting the plane, when she(?) suddenly had a seizure, causing the plane to nosedive.

Dammit Kira, stop killing my listmakers. They make everything so much more useful.

Rayku is forced to count all the grains of sand on a beach, and ingest them one by one. He doesn't confess. He does, however, find buried treasure, and will live happily for the rest of his life. But will he find Kira before Kira cuts that life short?
