The Shinigami eyes are now in effect due to no accusations.

EDIT: Mako Tsunami was shoved off a cliff by Mysterious Person X, into the ocean. He successfully stayed above water for a time, then he got hit by the tsunami at Thursday, 6 January 2011 at 18:36.

I guess you could say...

Actually, no. Making a pun about that death would be like shooting fish in a barrel. (More like shooting fish in a TSUNAMI. Amirite or amirite? :lolface:)
