LilBueno was roaming the amusment park at night, hunting for clues to Kira's whereabouts. Specifically, the Haunted House.
Why he was looking there, I have no idea.
The attraction had been down for maitenance for some time, but it seemed that Bueno had failed to take notice of that. You can be sure he found out the hard way when he accidentaly set off one of the broken traps, impailing himself with shurikens several times over.

Oops, forgot to do these...

P was accused and thrown in a cell for several days, but everyone forgot he was there. By the time they remembered him, he was half-starved to death, not wearing socks or a shirt, and everyone was pretty sure he was Innocent.

Roxas~N~Namine was strapped to a chair and forced to listen to several hours of boring political radio. She passed out every hour or so, and then was prompty slapped awake. After about 7 hours of this, she started screaming and sobbing, begging for death. She was promptly released, brought to an asylum, and declared Innocent.

 

After P was released, he thought he'd need to wet his whistle. What he didn't know is that rodents can't drink that much alcohol. After one sip, he collapsed on the suspiciously wet bar floor. He was declared dead November 13th, 516 GMT.

After acusing [sic] P, Christhor decided to go for a drink. As he walked in through the door (without opening it, of course), he smelled something funny. He took a few steps and slipped on a puddle of urine. ToD: November 13th, 516 GMT
