Shades - Is a plant. Broccoli is a plant. I don't trust broccoli. I don't trust Shades either.
Tikem - According to him, he's not Kira...
ICSP - I don't care whether he's Kira or not, he's too good at this game, and no one knows his name!
Pika_Power - At this point in time, I have no comment to make.
Kabooki - Inactive since last game. Trying to slip under the radar?
Fayt-Harkwind - Ditto.
What? - Hasn't been here long enough to acquire a spectrum of usernames, and thus is probably name safe. Also, What? doesn't get very good google returns.
Mango - Don't recognize. Who is this?
Repliku - I, and others too apparently, kill this guy off first chance we get. This is what happens if your name gets out to the masses and you're too good at this game.
Noise - New to this game.
TsuFortississississimogamusH - I believe he is Kira. He kills people by forcing them to try to pronounce his name.
Lunasaurus ReXe54 - Been playing for a while. Has a few names, etc. No other comments.
~Amby Bambi Bambilicious!~ - Name known by all, yet for some reason she doesn't die.

Funny how everyone always puts "I'm not Kira" to their spot in the lists, yet I'm the first one to get a note about it.

Ever since I started making the lists, i've always had myself listed as I am not Kira.
