1. Goku
2. Vegeta
3. Broly
4. Turles
5. Bardock
6. either king Vegeta or Nappa
7. either king Vegeta or Nappa
8. all the other unimportant saiyans
9. Tarble

 

who is Turles

 

King Vegeta is stronger than Nappa. But that list is accurate. It would have awesome if Bardock went Super Saiyan on Freiza.

Turles is a low-class saiyan who escaped Planet Vegeta before it was destroyed. Turles also said Goku was low-class trash implying Turles is a higher up class.
