D.N.Angel: The return of Dark and Krad.

Sota sighed in relief as the bird flew away. "I'm really starting to dislike birds..." He muttered.

 

"I can tell..." said kairi.

 

Sota closed his eyes, and chuckled silently. He really was starting to get paranoid of birds...

"So...soon as tomorrow rolls around, do you feel up to visiting Kira?"

 

"Yeah..." said Kairi smileing s weak smile that didn't last long.

 

Sota got up from his seat across from Kairi, and sat down next to her.

"Seriously, is everything okay? You seem to be getting easily depressed."

 

"I'm fine...It's just i just now remebered the death of my mom took place the day after tomarrow." said Kairi.

 

Sota's eyes widened, "Oh...okay, that's...a pretty good reason to be upset...," Sota shifted a little, "...I'm sorry."

 

"It's okay..." said Kairi she smiled this time it wasn't a weesk smile.

 

Sota didn't look up. He scratched the back of his head, and muttered to himself, "That's the third time, now. Great job, Sota!"

 

Kairi ten continued to look out the window.

 

The tramcar came to a stop, and Sota stood up. He looked at Kairi.

"Ready?" he asked.

 

"Yeah." said Kairi standing up.

 

"Okay," said Sota, smiling a little. He led the way out the tram car, towards Kairi's house. When they got there, he opened the door for Kairi.

 

"you can go ahead to your house if you want to." said Kairi, "I'm fine here alone."

 

"...Are you sure?" Sota asked.

 

"I'm sure." said Kairi, "I'll be fine."

 

Sota stared at her for a moment, then pulled out a piece of paper and pencil, then scribbled on it for a second. He handed the paper to Kairi.

"Here's the number to my cell," Sota said, "In case you need to reach me."

 

"I'm sure." said Kairi.

 

"Okay," Sota said, "I'll...see you soon, I guess."

Sota turned around and started walking across the street, towards his apartment.

 

"See you later." said Kairi closeing the door and running up tp her room.
