No Thanks Credits System

So is this accepted or denied?

 

I guess it depend on what the Admins think.

 

My only problem/gripe with this is that people are probably going to post a LOT of unnecessary posts to get these "credits." Especially since they won't count in the spam zone, most likely.

Otherwise it's awesome, as I've said before.

 

So, nothin' that will really change?

That's why it's been suggested that there should be a limit to how many credits you can get a day.

 

I kinda agree with Repliku and Kayleah on being against this. Yeah, it seems like a good idea now, but after a couple of years, people will be complaining about the system. Nothing will change.

Not to mention the fact that it'll completely undermine the benefits of being Premium (which there have been complaints about there not being that many benefits in the first place). Plus, making graphics something you have to buy when you can already get them for free seems a bit unfair.

I'd have to disagree with this. Besides, just because it's been successful on other forums doesn't necessarily mean that it'll be as popular here.

 

I think that you should'nt post and get credits. I think that the staff or should have an infininte number of credits and they should give them to members who act well in certain situations.

 

I still support it. But why not make it in the Spamzone? max of 20 a day still.

Premium gets you a pink name and access to a hidden forum. Seems good to me.

 

I don't think it'd be possible to have infinite credits. Besides, that would be exactly like rep only the staff are the only ones who can give it. It would be hard for most member to get credits then.

I presume such an option would not be retrospective and would be like "wiping the slate clean"?

I am pretty neutral on this one, although it could make the forum less casual. As in, making people feel as if they have to work hard to be part of the forum, when really we are here to talk about a series of games =/ (and of course there is the forum community to worry about).

 

I read most of this page and thought many of your arguments fail, people.

Credits system is an amazing idea. More fun. You're thinking too far into it.
