Biography: He lived in the city at a good job until vampires attacked his apartment building killing everyone on his floor and the two above while he was out. He came back to find the police had sectioned the building off and called any survivors “soon to be†and killed them before his eyes. This drove him into madness and he soon became a serial killer for both humans and vampires. Currently he has killed over 50 people.

Weapon: A pair of handguns that can use different bullets of his own creation, a UV flashlight and a stake.

BIC: Raine kept walking knowing that no matter what direction he took along the ground he'd soon run into something. He kept going anyway passing many cars on the road and many people on the pavement. He was clear for now but he had a feeling that something was close by.

Jessica looked around her house. It was basically the middle of the city. She sighed and began taking off her dress. It was soaked, and she'd need to clean it soon, before the blood soaked in on it. She stuffed it in a large bucket of water, full of soap. She sighed and walked through her house, going into her room. She pulled out from her closet her bra, setting it on, along with her graphic tee, and jeans. She pulled her hair back in a smooth pony-tail.Her hair was layered in colors. The top black, and the bottom blonde, so when she pulled it back, her hair style looked changed to blonde... She pushed contacts into her eyes, which were a beautiful blue color. She grabbed an energy drink from her cooler full of ice. She downed it in a few seconds. She sighed, shivvering, then heading back out with an umbrella and a leather trench coat that covered her body. The umbrella would keep the sun out of her face, of course, while the clothes protected her body. She could at least pretend to be human. She was unrecognizable now...

 

After a walk around the city Raine swiftly made it back to his apartment, he stayed there all day usually sleeping. He sat on his couch and watched the tv flicking though the many channels until he settled on one.

 

Jessica remained in the city, of course. She looked around the alleyways, looking for another prey. The sun began shining now over the horizon. She put on her sunglasses, so it wouldn't burn her eyes. She looked down another alleyway. She saw a toddler. She shuddered, at the thought of killing a toddler. So young, and innocent. What was a toddler doing down here this early? She walked down the alleyway, towards the little boy. She loved children. That was one thing she could now remember as a human. She loved kids, and always wanted one. She kept walking, then picked up the toddler, who then began crying.

 

Raine watched the TV feeling himself become slowly tired, he reached over the side of the couch and pulled up a blanket he kept spare in case he ever was falling asleep on the couch, as he did every day.

 

Jessica carried out the screaming toddler. She didn't know what to do with him now. The sun almost glimpsed across her skin, so she got lucky for a second. She walked down the street, hoping to locate a woman that was this toddlers mother.
"Please shush sweetie, don't cry," she tried soothing him, by bouncing him a little.

 

A man stepped out of a nearby alley seeing a woman carrying a small child. A wicked grin grew upon his face and he waited for his victim or victims to get further out of sight or even if one of them went alone, preferable the girl as she would most likely make a better stain on the pavement for the tabloids to pick up on.

 

Jessica kept skipping until seeing a woman, who looked panicked.
"Is this your son?" she asked, before hearing the mother reply with a smile. Jessica was gratefully not recognized as a vampire. She watched the frantic mother now run off with her son down the street. It must've been school time now. She turned and headed a different way, humming to herself now.

 

Ryan grinned once more widing the first grin, he started to follow the girl keeping his hands in his pockets. He kept a few feet behind her making sure he could catch up if she ran or shoot if he couldn't. Having little knowledge of her race made no difference to him.

 

Jessica looked from the corner of her eyes, and chuckled, softly so he wouldn't hear. She kept walking, wondering how far she'd get before he's stop following her. She chuckled again to herself, and unfolded her umbrella, putting it away as the slight drizzle stopped. She had the hood of her trench coat up, lucky her so she wouldn't get burned. She looked out of the corner of her eye again.

 

Ryan kept gradually getting closer as the woman walked, he would try and make her fear force her into a dead end or alley. That was the plan, but he didn't know he was following someone who might fight back. As always he kept both his guns and his UV weapon close in hand in case. He was insane but not stupid.

 

She saw the UV in his hand once she glanced over in the corner of her eye. Fear struck her, and she gasped to herself. The fear did indeed make her turn into an alleyway. She kept her face straight, and she was scared. she saw the stone wall now a few feet in front of her. She stopped.
"What do you want?" she asked

 

Ryan stepped around the corner, UV light in one hand gun in the other. "I want to see if you can dodge a bullet or light faster", he psychoticly chuckled aiming the two weapons at her. "Let the experiment begin", he said as he squeezed the trigger of his gun.

 

She jumped to the side, dodging the bullet miraculously. She looked behind her at the man now. She was scared.
"You're insane," she scoffed she said as she pulled her hood off, where the alleyway was dark, so she was able to see better. She looked up at the top of the building, ready to scale it.

 

"So they tell me", Ryan laughed stepping closer to her for a better shot, "Say cheese", he chuckled pointing both weapons again but obviously he was firing the UV light this time.

 

She screeched loudly as it touched the skin on her cheek. She backed against the alleyway wall.
"Stop!" she screeched, pulling up her hood again

 

"Oh your a vampire", he chuckled putting the UV light away and taking out a second gun, "I finally have someone to test my garlic soaked bullets on". He pointed the two guns at her one was normal bullets the other was garlic, which ever hit wouldn't kill her but the garlic may stun her.

 

She gasped and started shaking. She tried to remember where Raine would be, and hopefully get his help... She looked up at the building and started scaling it as quickly as she could, getting tot he top in just a few seconds.

 

Ryan began laughing until it echoed through the alley and by the time it had stopped he was long gone. He knew that from her actions there was more than one more vampire in the area.

 

Jessica kept running, unable to see if he was following her. She made it to the apartment building. She was already sobbing her eyes out. She jumped down to the doors, not daring to look back. She ran to the elevator, pushing on the button and fast as she could, until it arrived. She made her way up to the 7th floor.
