Buing a good staff member must be hard. I was once staff on another site, I never knew it could be so hard.

Make every page have HA HA HA writen over it and over some posts and other text and make people's avatar and signature have black eyes and a red mouth. Stuff like that, proabablly I probablly won't do it, though. I could offer more examples, though.
