okay here it is:

Running into Yuki I waved a hello, I was late for class as usual and it looked like she was too, we ran together down the street, it was dark but we had no trouble seeing our way as we passed a few streets.

I slowed to a walk, panting, beside Yuki. Above the door in bold was written Minnetonka, there was a peculiar atmosphere as we walked in. It wasn’t as loud as it normally would be, there where several murmurs here and there by small groups of students shuffling along. I tagged along behind Yuki as she walked up to one of our classmates and asked what was up. They whispered “Hunters” I stepped back in alarm vampire hunters here? In our school? Was all that ran though my head. They explained how they are looking for a rouge who’s been slaughtering humans left and right, and that they had been taking students in for questioning.

I stood in shock of what I had just heard, I had hardly got the though my head when I was grabbed from behind and spun around to face a total stranger. A vampire hunter. I looked up in fear, he ordered me to show my teeth and I obeyed, terrified of what would happen if I didn’t listen. Seeing my teeth he grabbed my arm and yanked me along saying I was going to be questioned.

Panic was clawing at me now as I caught the sent of blood on the air, the hunter hauled me into the office and threw me into a chair. He pulled out a gun and told me one shot could kill a vampire. As if I wasn’t scared enough I thought, hearing someone coming in I turned to see a lady walking though the door. She glared with cold eyes and proceeded to question me.

I heard a shrill high pitched scream just outside of the office, I watched as the two hunters whispered quickly and the lady left to investigate. I let out a sigh of relief, she scared me more than the man. The two of us waited in silence, I was starring at my feet but I could still feel him watching my every move. I heard running footsteps outside and looked up as Yuki burst into the room, I couldn’t stop myself from screaming as I heard a gunshot. The bullet had hit her in the arm, full of rage I somehow managed to knock the hunter unconscious. Yuki grabbed me with her still good arm and pulled me to start running, she explained how all the students taken to be questions, whether they where suspected or not where being killed, she told me how she already told people to spread the news and escape when they can. We where almost to the door now, as she told me she was the one who screamed to get me out of there, we sprinted out the door and kept running as fast as we could.

Breathing hard when we finally came to a stop in a deserted park, I asked ‘what next?’ She looked at me hard then sighed. We only had one choice, that was to run, far from the hunters, we where wanted dead now, they where going to consider us rogue. Yuki suggested we talk to our families quickly then head off as soon as we could, the others back in school know what’s up now, their probably going to run too. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised on how the hunters had acted, killing us like that, they always had a thing against vampires. We got up promising to meet each other again soon.
