"Hit her again and you'll regret it." Henry said, clenching his fists so hard his arms were shaking a bit. He was extremely angry at what he did.

 

"who are you?" He said angry. "You're not her boyfriend are you?" He said walking towards him. "NO DON'T!" Lexi shouted. "He's my friend, old man. He came here to bring Lexi to see me, " Ben said defending Henry.
"Hmph" their father said and left.

 

"Why'd you do that? I'm not afraid of him." he said. "I want him to know I'm her boyfriend and that I'll protect her from anyone, including him."

 

"Do you want to be killed by his hitmen?" He said to him.

 

"I'm not afraid." he said. "I can protect myself."

 

"You won't stand a chance.. he has snipers too," He said. Lexi went up to hug Henry... "It's for your own good"

 

Henry sighed and hugged Lexi back. "I wish I could make him pay for hitting you, though." he said to her. "He deserves to be taught a lesson."

 

"Oh, he will.. one day" Ben said. Lexi looked up at Henry, "We've been planning some sort of revenge against him since the day, Ben went to college"

 

"May I join in?" he asked.

 

" not yet... it's still in the works," Lexi said rubbing her cheek. "Man, he hit hard...."

 

"I'm sorry." he said.

 

"It's alright," she smiled at him being brave.

 

"I should have tried to stop him." he said, felling bad.

 

"Don't worry about it," she said walking back to Ben.

"I'll try not to." he said, sighing.

"Alright, I'm gonna go for a walk and maybe some fresh air," Lexi laughed and left.

 

"Alright." he said.

 

"Mkay," ben said. After Lexi left, Ben started talking to Henry again," Seriously... don't try the tough guy act with the father... unless you want to die"

 

Henry sighed. "What he did was wrong. And seeing him do that to her right in front of me, it made my blood boil. I just wanted to punch him in the face." he said.

 

"Doesn't everyone?" He laughed, "I know.. I've tried to prevent it as much as I can. It's not the first time he's done this to her"
