College Life

"Hey." Henry said. "You didn't sound too hopeful when you told my dad that you hoped that this wouldn't affect our relationship. Care to explain why?"

 

Lexi started to walk away from the office so his father didn't need to hear more. "He's your father. WHAT am I supposed to say? YES, we are going out? Clearly he already has a bad impression of me. How does he know about us anyway?" She said walking back to Math class.

 

He walked with her and said "Maybe he had just assumed from what the student told him? And I don't think he has a bad impression of you, he just doesn't understand."

 

"Or does he really?" She said asking him as she walked back to Math and sat in her seat.

 

"I'm not sure." he said. "But don't be mad at him, he's just trying to do his job."

 

"Yeah, I know" She said while writing the homework down and started to do all of her work.

 

Henry started doing his work as well.

 

Lexi finished all her work in half an hour and before the bell rang.

 

Henry also finished early and got up to leave.

 

Lexi left the room to wait in the parking lot for her ride to come. A limo suv came to pick her up and made her way to the therpist.

 

"I wonder where she's going." he said to himself as he watched her leave.

 

Lexi arrived and opened the door. "Why, hello Alexis. Is it the monthly check-up again?" She asked.
"yes it is," Lexi said as she sat on the arm chair.
"So, how have you been? I've been told that it's your first year of college right?"
"Yes, that's right, and I've been good,"
"Any problems lately?"
"No... just the usual"
"Oh.. the rumors?"
"Yes, but now more are being told"
"About what? "
"That I did stuff to this guy I am dating, "
"You're dating already?"
"Yes...why?"
"Well after that incident in the summer, you're ready to go through it again"
"I'm trying my best to be brave,"
"that's good and how's that going?"
"It's been alright. I think we are in a fight,"
"Oh. why is that?"
"His dad is the headmaster of the school. My friends and I got into trouble because the guy I am dating was sleep walking and they had to hide from my DA for a bit. Then someone saw them leave and yeah, we all got into trouble"

 

Michael began walking to his 2nd class, drama. He walked up some stairs, went through some hallways, and finally arrived in the right room.

 

Henry wandered around campus, lonely. He wished Lexi would understand his father's position and not be mad at him. He wanted her to be happy with him and his family, but he didn't know what to do.

 

Lexi kept talking about her problems with everything and her past.

 

Eventually, the bell rang and he headed to his next class.

 

"Okay, I'm done," She said.
"thanks for that Lexi, you seem so much better now" The therpist said. "see you in a month"
"Bye," Lexi said and left to go back to school.

 

Henry had alot on his mind, that he couldn't pay attention in Drama.

 

Lexi had piano and violin so she ran to the music department. she found a room that was free and started to play music like My Immortal from Evanescense. She started humming along the tune then sang a bit of the music,

 

Seeing that Henry couldn't focus, the teacher asked if he needed to be excused and so, he left. He wandered past the music room and heard someone playing. He walked in and found is way to a room that was empty save for one person, Lexi. He stood there listening to her play.
