"No, it was just a one-time thing when I was a kid. But after that, my grandmother moved closer to us so we could visit more often."

 

"aww that's nice," She smiled, "I don't know my relatives. My mom passed away when I was 7, my dad made me travel a lot until I was able to stay home by myself, "

 

Hailey was sad that the song was over, but she continued to sing and play, enjoying herself for the most since she first arrived at the school. She was having a great time.

She finished off the song, softly, and ended the piece on the piano. When the song was over, she blushed and looked down. "Y-You sing beautifully..." She said softly and smiled.

 

"I see." he said. "I'm sorry to hear that. It must have been awful."

 

"wow" Zack said. "you have a amazing voice, and your amazing with the piano too." he said to Hailey.

 

Hailey looked up at him, surprised. "Really...? You think so...?" She asked. She'd always thought that she wasn't that great at singing or playing the piano.

 

"yea, that was really good" he said.

 

Hailey smiled and looked down at her hands. "T-Thanks..." She said softly.

 

"your welcome" He said, and smiled at her. "you know, I play an insturment too? I play guitar, a little... I havent played since 11th grade though"

 

Michael looked at Hailey.
"Your piano skills are amazing!" he said. "And, your singing is awesome! But try not to be so shy, there are plenty of people who would love to be friends with someone like you. Including me."
He wrote down his number on a small piece of paper and handed it to Hailey.
"Call me." he said, smiling. "Maybe we could hang out sometime."
With that being said, Michael said goodbye to the both of them and headed towards the door. There he stopped and turned.
"By the way, my name's Michael. Michael Ryans."
He opened the door and walked out.

 

"I agree with Micheal, you seem very shy, if you werent that shy, you would be the best! Anyways, have you meet Lexi?" he asked.

 

"I guess, it wasn't TOO bad," She said and laughed a bit. She finished her food, "You finished too?"

 

He finished his food and said "Yup."

 

"so, what do you want to do now? I kinda don't want to stay in one place," She said honestly.

 

"Well." he said. "The restaurant was my idea, so you can choose what we do next, if that's alright with you."

 

"Do you mind just walking then? we could go back to the school and just walk," She suggested.

 

"That sounds fine to me." he said, smiling. He paid the bill and left a tip.

 

"thank you for dinner," She said graciously as she got into the car.

 

"You're welcome." he said, getting in and driving back to the school.

 

Lexi was talking to Zack again on text. [Oh my god, what do I do now? what do I ask?] and sent it.
