College Life

Henry got out of the bathroom and put some nice looking clean clothes on. He decided not to wear a tie, thinking it would be too strange. He decided to watch some TV as he waited for 6pm.

 

"U-Umm... Okay..." Hailey said as Lexi pulled her along.

 

Michael put on his sunglasses and left the dorm building towards the parking lot. Suddenly, he saw Alexis with the girl he had saw playing the piano.
Not having enough time to say anything, Michael went into the parking lot, got into his car, and drove to the party.

When they finally got to the room, Lexi opened it and showed it to Hailey. "Ta-Da!" She smiled. "Welcome to your new home," she pointed to the empty bed. "that bed will be yours and the closet next to it, is yours too," Lexi said and gave the spare room key to her. "This is the room key, so.. start unpacking, oh.. I actually have a date in a couple of hours so, I'll be back later to get to know you more," She said grabbing some things so she can shower.

Hailey nodded. "Okay..." She said softly, looking at the small room key. She then looked up at Lexi and smiled, shyly. "Thank you," She said, glad that she seemed to have already made a friend.

 

Lexi took a shower and got dressed for her date. She grabbed a pair of skinny jeans and a purple slik blouse. She finished her make up before returning to her room.

 

He looked at his watch and saw that it was almost 6. He grabbed the picture and headed out, stopping by the campus store to buy some flowers. He then headed to Lexi's dorm.

 

Hailey unpacked her things quickly, considering she didn't bring much with her to the college. She then pulled out a laptop and started typing.

 

Lexi dropped all her stuff and got her wristlette. "I'll be back later. Have a good eveing," She smiled and closed the door. She waited outside of the building for Henry.

 

Henry saw Lexi waiting for him. He was stunned by how beautiful she looked. "W-wow!" he said, walking up to her.

 

"Bye...!" Hailey called softly and smiled.

 

"Not bad yourself," She said looking at Henry, and smiled. "Am I dressed up too much?" She asked him looking at what she was wearing.

 

"No!" he said. "You look amazing!" He handed her the flowers and the picture. "H-here! These are for you!"

 

"Aww thank you," She said taking the flowers and the picture, "I thought this wasn't a date" She said looking at the picture. She suddenly blushed and was a lost for words... "is... that ....me?" She looked at him, her face was flushed.

 

Hailey put away her laptop and took the key with her, leaving the dorm. She wanted to go play the piano again. She walked across the school, remembering where she was going so that she could find her way back to the dorm.

 

He blushed as well and said "Yeah, it's the picture I drew today. And, I know it's not a real date, but I wanted to make you happy."

 

"Why make me happy, when I already am," She smiled and held his hand, "So where are we going?" She said walking to the parking lot while still holding his hand.

 

He blushed a bit more when she held his hand and said "I was thinking we could go to a nice restaurant for dinner." He lead her to his car and held the passenger door open for her.

 

"thanks," She said getting into the car. She put her seatbelt on and waited for him to drive off.

 

He got in and put his seatbelt on. He drove out of the school parking lot and headed towards the restaurant he saw on his way to the school.
