City Of Deception!

"Right!" Crystalize said "But, uhh... where exactly are we going to find him?" She asked looking around

 

"well, Katie knows... right?" Tace asked her

 

"Well Katie? Do you know where to go?" Crystalize asked

Katie shook her head up and down. She then walked north and headed to a mountain

 

That would've been obvious... Leon thought, walking towards the mountain with Katie. His strides were strong and graceful, his steps light. "Running up that hill, make a deal with god..." he sang under his breath, chuckling at his joke.

 

Katie slowly walked up the mountain, watching for boby traps and quietly said "W-watch... o-out for boby traps...."

 

With feline grace, he walked lightly, careful not to use his weight to trigger any traps. "My work revolves around traps..." He spoke, his eyes, carefully trained, were able to see the traps. This lone rogue was such a mystery, as was his attitude.

 

Crystalize did the same and watched out for traps.

After Katie passed by all traps, she ran up the mountain, looking around for a cave.

 

Leon, behind Katy, tooks a single step. He appeared by Katie as all the traps behind him set off harmless. "Shadowstep... My favourite..." He chuckled under his breath, knowing he left a safe path way for his companions.

 

Crystalize soon caught up with the two. "Where now Katie?"

"Im trying to fin- found it!" Katie said, seeing the cave up at the very top and started running twords it.

 

Leon ran casually, as if a burden was not placed upon his shoulders. His katana shook at his hip.

 

"C'mon! We dont have that kind of time to be going that slow!" Crystalize shouted

 

"good job!" said Tace congragulating crystalize in finding the cave "let's go in!"

 

"Yes, lets go please," He spoke softly, wanting to get this done and over with.

 

"right!" said Tace as he broke the door down... "THERE'S VAD!!!'

"YES! THIS POWER IS AMAZING!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" yelled Vad feeling the power from the City Of Deception

 

Crystalize drew her sword and was ready to attack when told. "Here Katie," Crystalize said, handing Katie a sword.

 

Casually, Leon steps ahead of Crystalize and Katie, his hands upon his hips. "So, you're this Vad, eh?" He asked, his voice full of sarcasm. He knew Vad will lose this day... He would make sure of it. Quickly, he crouched, in position, hands upon the katana; his right was atop the hilt, the left holding the scabbard. "Come! Taste the obsidian steel of my blade!"

 

Crystalize looked at Leon as if he was crazy.

 

Leon's manner changed, from cocky, to cold and casual. Battle-ready, he seemed. Leon's eyes were coldly staring at Vad, his brown hair dancing across his neck and cheeks. His amber-coloured eyes seemed to encase Vad, locking him, dispelling the world about them. Leon waited.

Alex looked at Vad. "I remember him."
