Bring Sasuke back!

"Send him a letter,tell him to come tomorrow afternoon..''Naruto said,obviously not in a good emotional state

 

Satoshi nodded and walked out. How could they both have known and said nothing? Satoshi thought, finally starting to tear up.

 

"Come on,Hinata-chan..stand up..''Naruto urged,getting up himself.

 

Hinata rose slowly, still trying not to cry.

 

OOC: Could you skip an hour ahead and explain how the funeral went,who showed up,etc.

 

OOC: XD here goes- satoshi sent the letter, everyone who isn't an asstard showed up at tsunade's funeral, kakashi was late as always ^.~ yay me!

After the funeral,Naruto returned home with Hinata,not knowing what he was going to do about this.

Gaara could not make the funeral,but he had everyone in Suna pray for Tsunade.

 

OOC: yeah that's my word ^^ and buttnugget XD

BIC: Rukia looked out her window. They wouldn't even let me go out for the funeral... She thought grudgingly. Sasuke... do you know about this? Where are you now? What are you doing?

Satoshi made small talk with the guards while waiting for Gaara at the gates of Konoha.

 

Gaara appeared over the horizon,and was making his way over to the Konoha gates slowly,arms folded.

 

Rukia sighed and laid down on her side. Her arms ached and she wanted to take the bandages off. I wish Sasuke was here.

Satoshi didn't notice Gaara; she'd gotten caught up in her conversation with the gaurds.

 

Gaara tapped her on the shoulder once he had gotten in."..Are you doing ok?"was the first thing he asked,he had obviously cried when he recieved her letter of Tsunades death.

Sasuke had heard whispers of Tsunades death,and had showed up to pay his respects,he was still at her tombstone,looking down at it silently.

 

Satoshi turned to Gaara, tears in her eyes. "If I said yes, you wouldn't believe me." She smiled sadly.

Rukia rolled onto her back and stared at the ceiling. I can't wait till they let me out of here. I've got things to do. She sat up and winced. I'll just have to deal with a bit of soreness. She told herself.

 

Gaara embraced her in a loving hug."..I miss her too..''

 

Satoshi wrapped her arms around Gaara. "Why didn't she say anything?" She asked through her tears.

Rukia looked at the clock. They won't check on my for another half hour. That's enough time. She changed, dealing with the pain as best she could. She glanced out the hallway to make sure the coast was clear and then left through the window, heading for Tsunade's grave.

 

"..Because Naruto-kun wouldnt have accepted it until he saw it himself..he would have played it off as a joke,and it would kill him inside when it finally happens.''Gaara explained.

 

"It's just so sudden...." Satoshi said, forcing herself to stop crying.

Rukia stopped behind a tree when she saw Sasuke. What's he doing here? Oh... I guess he heard...

 

Sasuke stood up from his kneeling position and turned to leave.

"..I know.."Gaara rubbed his back and gave her a gentle kiss on the cheek.

 

Rukia turned to see if Sasuke was gone and let out a whimper of pain when the bark scratched her shoulder. She covered her mouth and hid herself again. Did he hear me?

Satoshi wiped her eyes. "I'm such a mess." She said, trying to laugh off her tears.

 

Sasuke came to a halt.A kunai fell out of his sleeve.Sasuke grabbed it and threw it at the tree Rukia was in,and it flew past her head and hit the tree."...Who's there?''he asked

"..Even the best of us cry sometimes..''Gaara said.He heard a small disturbance behind Satoshi and looked to find Naruto with a very pissed off look on his face."..Naruto-kun..''Gaara said in surprise.

 

Satoshi looked over her shoulder. When she saw Naruto, she eased out of Gaara's hold. She was a bit embarrassed to be caught with Gaara like that before she'd told Naruto.

Rukia kept her hands over her mouth. He's gonna get so pissed at me... She knew staying quiet would only get Sasuke to either attack her or... well, attack her, so she took out the kunai and threw it at his feet. "Come and see." She taunted playfully.
